This restaurant is closed down. Furthermore, there is an entire homeless encampment that has taken over the parking lot and the building with cars coming in and out late at night. The city is refusing to do anything about it. Not surprising. The property owner must not care at all.

This place has the best Ramen I have ever tasted and I have tasted quite a few places! Such great flavorful broth, so delicious. A Must try is the soft crab appetizer!! You won't be disappointed here!!!

This review is based solely on the Spicy Miso Ramen. Yes, the outside is uninviting but the cool thing about this place is that they have a drive thru! I didn't know this before hand and placed my order over the phone. Salad - 5:5 | I was worried because the dressing looked like that creamy sweet mayo sauce but it wasn't and was actually really good!! There were pieces of tofu in it- yum! Dumplings - 2.5/5 | They we okay. Some of the dumplings seemed borderline rubbery? And it was missing the dipping sauce so I had to use soy sauce instead. Spicy Miso Ramen - 0/5 | Have you ever wanted to add salt to your ramen? No? Well be prepared to for this one. There literally was no flavor. I saw the other reviews saying how bad it was but I thought they were just being dramatic. No, honestly, it's really that bad. I added salt and spicy pepper sauce from Trader Joe's. I usually hate that TJ's sauce but it was a LIFE SAVER in this ramen. STEER CLEAR of this one! Though I wouldn't mind trying the Tonkatsu ramen to see if it's any better, I'm not sure if I'll be back.

Seems like they revamped their menu since the last time I was here in 2015. Definitely more options and they look great. We opted for the ramen combination which consists of a house salad, appetizer and ramen. We ordered the spicy miso ramen with temaki hand roll and the tonkotsu ramen with takoyaki. Everything was delicious, fresh and prompt. I wish their ramen broth could have been thicker and more flavorful. Otherwise I think their combos are a great deal! Glad I returned and give them a try!

Great tasting food. Pretty good customer service. Quite clean. Quiet but very nice environment.

I've been living up the street from this place for the last 10 years and didn't give it a chance because of the outside appearance even though those types of things typically don't bother me but it almost looks like it's out of business but wow wow wow wow I went there yesterday for the first time and I am obsessed. Chicken chow mein so yummy fried rice delicious!!!! And I did experience great customer service!!

Looks are probably not 10/10 but you can tell they put a lot of thought into their food. They have combos available with your ramen for a reasonable price. Got the spicy ramen, takoyaki, and salad. The dressing on the salad is delicious as well as everything else I got. Noodles in ramen are exactly how I like them - thin and have a nice bite to it. Workers here are very friendly as well. This is a great place for a quick ramen pick-up!

First hint should've been that the giant menu outside doesn't match the menu and prices inside. Second hint should've been that the place mats were full of Chinese advertisements and not anything to do with Japanese language or culture or food. This was the most boring/bland tasting Spicy Miso Ramen we'd ever tasted (My wife stopped eating it). This was barely Tonkatsu ramen. The broth was barely rich; but I finished my bowl. Really disappointed because I thought based on Yelp reviews, moving in the neighborhood meant delicious Japanese Ramen close by.

So yummy, service was fast, and the server was really nice. Atmosphere is cozy and quiet. The ramen was especially good, I got the spicy miso soup, and it was delicious. Only downside is the flies, they won't leave you alone if you dine in. I also got the musubi and it was my first time trying it and no regrets, it was my delicious! Definitely recommend.

Not very good. Their ramen reminds of an instant ramen with upgraded toppings and slightly richer broth. Their chashu was good and ordering online was easy and convenient. I wouldn't come here again.

Really yummy food with lots of selections, not just ramen. I had beef and shrimp teriyaki Bento. Very yummy. Please come in and order. Do not order online. There are so few selections online and they are more expensive than inperson order.

Service is great, food is lacking thought and this place is down right not sanitary. Eggs are overcooked and everything else seemed reheated. Couldn't get over the smell it seemed to have infused itself into the noodles. Will not be going back.

The tonkotsu ramen was unfortunately just okay, the noodles and meat were good but the broth itself was very bland, even after adding the black garlic oil. Also found it frustrating that rather than listing the ingredients in the ramen, their menu just claims they put in whatever they think is best. I wanted to customize my ramen a little but ultimately didn't because I didn't know if I'd be paying double for an ingredient that was already in the bowl and the toppings seemed a little scarce.

If there is any way you can avoid this place, do it! I recommend going to Menyoki Ya Ramen down the street from here, where customer service is excellent & food quality is great. I've come across multiple issues when ordering here. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but they make it more difficult than it should be. They charged my friends card for someone else's order and on top of that they made me wait about an hour for my food... keep in mind I ordered before hand through the Yelp app. On top of that, when I confronted the worker about charging my friends card, she did not care and proceeded to rush me. Again, I understand that restaurants get busy, but that definitely does not justify their customer service.

Their ramen is savory but not salty! Have tried different ramen soups and so far, I've not been disappointed. Another locally owned restaurant that we visit often!
