Ono Hawaiian is so good! I love eating at Ono especially now that they have a especial for the fish or shrimp plate! Regular 11.49 now on sale for 7.00! Same plate, same size! This store was clean and the customer service ok! They are very busy since the promotion. They have a good size indoor seating. Still you have to wait a little since they cook your food to order. No coupon needed for the especial just walk in and order or order online. One per day per customer or per store. I had to wait quite a bit that is why downgraded one star. There was employees just doing nothing instead of packing orders and only one person taking orders as a cashier. Location in Pomona was ok Date of visit: March 2024

I came here last night to get some Hawaiian Chicken BBQ however I been here before but this time I experience two associates arguing about their $3 tip left on the bucket . I was like this is kinda disrespectful anyways I order my food and when I came home to my husband we notice we weren’t given chicken it was red meat ? ?It’s alright my husband loves the red meat tooHowever I believe staff needs to be more careful when people are putting their food orders and stop sharing their personal life among them .

Best place to go when you're NOT hungry, by the time they serve your number it's been well over 25 minutes, good food but not worth the wait for what's supposed to be fast food. after waiting over 30 minutes for my order I ask for a refund and it turns out they haven't even started making my food. the girl in the front couldn't keep up with the orders :(
One of our favorite places to eat. Good size portions too. Me and my wife share the chicken beef combo plate.

Food is great and so are the cashiers, the rude one looked like the manager she didn't let my mom fill her drink bc she was taking pictures, it was really rude couldnt even ask politely she just said move or come out in the picture as if it were funny. Try treating customers more nicely that was really uncomftorable for us.
