I came order a California burrito with no pico and got the order wrong. I told them I wanted no pico the gallo. They took it back removed a few of it and returned it to me. I returned it and the offered to make it again, although they still added the pico AGAIN. as an apology they offered to give me a free random meal that was placed and never picked up. Wasted 30 minutes of my lunch and was given terrible customer service. Avoid at all cost

I've been regularly going to Paco's Tacos for almost 5 years. Before the pandemic they were known for their AYCE deal, and i think that is partially what made them so popular. I realized that the quality of the food was exceptional, and that getting the AYCE deal wasn't necessary after all. I made an effort to tell everyone that i knew about this amazing place.Within the last few months, Pacos Tacos underwent a management/ownership change. And unfortunately, I no longer recommend this restaurant. I wanted to make sure i had multiple visits before making this review, because any new management might have growing pains so to speak.Last month i placed an order to go, there were several items missing and the food wasn't up to the same quality and taste that it was previously. I didn't reach out to anyone as i don't live all that close, and my time is worth more than just a couple of missing tacos. Since that, I've been there two additional times since, and one order had the incorrect tacos, and the other order was not made as requested. these things can usually be addressed easily if you're dining in, but much more of an issue when you order to-go and you're 20 minutes away.I'm not one to write negative reviews on places, but it's bad enough where i've had to tell friends to no longer go because the food is just not good anymore. i hope the new ownership gets everything together and the quality of the food improves to where it was with the old managment.

This place was disappointing. It wasn't until we were in the restaurant we noticed it was under new management. definitely do not recommend. Tortillas were stale and old and so were the chips. The salsa was straight up out of a Can and overall the food had no taste at all. No salt

I've come here a total of 3 times . The first two times I liked the service and the tacos were ok . I live that the tortilla is hand made . The first two times I came at 12pm during lunch hour . Today is my third time and I came after work 6:pm the meat taste old like they just re heat the meat and I asked for lemon and salt and they gave me salt and said that the lemon was inside already . Anyways I know it's not a big deal about the lemon being missing but when you don't have the condiments it doesn't taste the same . Al so the meat being old is not good z I would just recommend to come only during lunch .

They have a new owner now and the food is awful. I will never go again. Very sad because the food used to be good. Don't waste your money, there are a lot of other taco restaurants that tastes better

After a day of NHRA we decided to eat some tacos. This place has friendly staff, fast service and very tasty food. Highly recommend: tacos de cabeza, pastor and asada. Pictures are worth 1k words. Enjoy!

The el pastor taco meat was too dry. The large fish taco was good. They got way behind on orders and we had to wait too long for our take out order. The home made corn tortillas are good. Time management with otderss was really bad today.
Paco's Taco located in Pomona was my first time trying these handmade tacos. The taco itself tasted pretty different from regular tacos that I have had. This place doesn't skimp on how much meat they put in here and if your on a diet like a keto they also have a keto version for you! But I had the regular tacos which were still pretty good. The thing I think it was lacking was the number of onions inside of the taco. I just felt like I was just eating a meaty taco with nothing else.

My friend and I decided to try this place out tonight and got tacos and burrito to go. They didn't follow directions as what we requested with our foods as we discovered when we got home. They don't make chips or salsa. The tacos was so greasy, the oil was dripping off it onto the plate and our hands. Was very disappointed. Oh well we tried it out and it was overprice. Sorry, but would not recommend it.

The reviews looked solid & I really wanted some sopes. I called ahead and asked for four sopes; 2 asada, 1 pollo, 1 carnitas. Unfortunately, only one half of the order was correct. Instead of two asada sopes I got tacos...I was disappointed about that for me & my coworker. When I checked the receipt it was clear that he misunderstood me during the call. The food & service were okay....

The quesabirria with consume! Delicious , authentic and full of flavor ! We saw this restaurant on a IG thread , we thought we would give it shot. We live in San Dimas and it was a quick drive from 71 to Holt. Restaurant is clean and service is awesome, something CoVid ruined for all of us. I recommend you try this place. Next time we will try the fish tacos, we were told they are amazing !
