I went to this Panda Express almost a year ago and I still think about how hot and fresh my meal was. Genuinely never had panda that good before and probably never will again. Me and my friends still talk about it from time to time. Whatever you did on December 14th, 2024, keep doing it.

I’ve been coming to this store for years and for the past months I’ve encountered bad service from Greg “Asian manager with black shirt. Specially Greg being super rude to his female and male employees. It’s been multiple times that I’ve seen this bad disrespectful attitude from him towards his employees and I want corporate to investigate and ask each worker about him. Please help me and the employees out.

I had a really disappointing experience here on 8/25/25 around 5:20 PM. Yesterday, my order was messed up, so I came back today to get it corrected. Instead of helping, Diana was rude and argumentative for no reason. The interaction was so unprofessional that I decided to leave.

When I called to follow up, Nick and another employee actually laughed at me while I was just trying to resolve the issue. They even grabbed my plate and hid it in the drive-thru area, which made me feel like they were accusing me of trying to steal. It was insulting to be treated this way over a simple $10 plate.

To make it worse, I had ordered orange chicken but was given shrimp instead. I was even willing to show proof of purchase through my debit card statement since I no longer had the receipt, but the staff showed no professionalism or respect.

Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, completely unnecessary behavior over a small order that could have been fixed easily.

I had not stop by this location but I won't be coming again the chow mein is probably the worse I had it was super dry and not cooked well it was as if the noodles were made out of rubber without any flavor. The orange chicken was also not crispy. I should have read reviews because there was another review here stating noodles were dry and not edible. The noodles were so dry that I included a video where not even the sauce transfers to a paper towel this proves there is not sauce 😒 to give it flavor.
