The worker is super rude!! She messed up my whole order and then i went to talk to her she started arguing really rudely!! Then She said she’ll remake my order in 30 minutes because she’s all by herself today, 30 minutes?? For just some cheese sticks!? and believe me there was no other customer but she still said 30 minutes!! After 30 minutes i went back and she said it’s not ready and give it 10 minutes more!! Just some cheese sticks ended up taking 45 minutes to get ready!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!

This Papa John's in Pomona is the bomb. The pizza has nice crust, and the customizations they allow are great - such as extra sauce and cooked well done, which is what I request. And the staff is cool. Nothing like good pizza at a good price. I have repeated many times at Papa John's Pomona (I like this particular location the best). Peace!

Hello Everyone, last night went for some Pizza chosen Papa Jon’s instead of Pizza Hut was a wrong choice.
Why don’t workers wear gloves anymore more? a peak view how pizza was made personal worker making the pizza has no gloves on and had 2/3 rings on,? said to my myself wow that’s a food violation of health. How can you make food and not wear gloves?????
Please papa Jons…. Moving forward please provide safety handling foods for customers… be more cleanly.

I love Papa Johns. It's my goto pizza over diminos and pizza hut. One late night, I ordered 2 specialty pizzas 10 min before closing, and the employee wouldn't take my order. I was really disappointed, but after talking to the GM the following morning, he apologized, and the manager was helpful in correcting the order. Would come back to this place

This pizzas has changed since I last tried it I order pineapple and Canadian bacon and hardly had any pineapple I was disappointed to say the least also I tried both thin crust and original crust I didn't like either two hours later when my kids got out of school the pizza was hard to chew on it was like the dough was old or something like that. This place also don't have any seating area
Don’t go here I’m not even the type to get mad over an order being messed up. They were late with my order because driver couldn’t find my house because he was thought it was an apartment when I put no apartment number on there. I still tipped him $15 too. Then I see my order is messed up so I call and said they will give me store credit, I call 3 days later and they say I didn’t receive any store credit. Made an elaborate lie saying all I needed to do was call and it will show store credit for this phone number. Place is a scam.
