Ordered dinner before leaving town. While enjoying our meal my 1.5 year old son started gaging and it’s wasn’t because he took a big bite but rather there was a piece of strange sharp metal in his pizza. Luckily he spit it out and nothing happened. However, I was disappointed when I heard from staff say that they think it came from a can opener from opening tomato sauce as to “it came up earlier”. Manager was helpful but felt she didn’t believe me due to the comment that was made that I was “too calm”, honestly I was still in shock and just thankful to God that my son did not swallow because that would of done some internal damage in his small body.Papa John’s staff Please be careful and check cooking material is up to par and will not leave shreds of metal in the food prior to prepping.

Placed my order and picked up my pizza in a timely manner. The food tasted great and they made especially sure I had my order. From ordering to picking up my pizza everything went exceptionally smooth.

Story time...gather around everyone. Lol16 years ago my beautiful girlfriend, now wife and the mother of our child, moved to Pomona. We used to live in East LA, and Pomona just seemed so far. I was a college student, my schedule was hectic, and I didn't have a steady job. This Papa John's had a large one topping pizza for $5.99. We used to grab a pizza and eat it at a different park each week. The pizza was delicious and the customer service was great. Fast forward to today, the pizza is still delicious and the customer service continues to be excellent. Thank you all for making delicious pizza that brings joy to people's lives. I didn't think I would be back to Papa John's after 16 years. Nonetheless, to the same location. I'm here to stay as a loyal customer if you continue to make delicious pizza. I ordered through DoorDash and I got my pizza delivered and let me tell you it is so amazing! Super fresh, the food is super hot, and I called and spoke to Vincent on the phone regarding a question about my order, and he was so nice and attentive, and answered all the questions I had. I love the customer service and the food here is amazing. Thank you so much this location never disappoints.

Just got the new stuffed garlic cheese crust was not cooked or finished cooking dough still dough not even bread like supper greasy.

Do not order pizza for delivery! They give your pizza to door dash to deliver and door dash steals the pizza. No refunds! Poor customer service!

Unacceptable! The sauce for my papadilla was upside down and not even half full. They did not include the two extra sauces we paid for and our Tuscan cheese sticks looked like they were thrown at a wall, including opened marinara. While some of this may have been DoorDashes fault, the missing sauce and the nearly empty sauce definitely are Papa John's fault! Don't waste your money. I knew we should have gotten Warehouse Pizza instead. Not worth our cheat day!
