Great customer service! Sam was really helpful and kind, will definitely be coming back to this location. Only reason i wont give it 5 stars is because it is way to hot in there feels like an inferno. I just feel sorry for the workers having no working A/C and it was 96 degrees outside i can only imagine how high the temperature was in there specially with their oven on, unsafe conditions to work in! I hope they can get that fix for them they are really going to need it before someone obtains a heat stroke. But other than that great pizza place with great service!

What a joke! They brag about customer service, take your money and of course they get the order wrong. We called to let them know and they claim we have the wrong store and hung up on us. One star is to many. I called back to speak with a manager, the cowardly manager won't answer the phone. We'll never order from another Paps Johns and I'll let family and friends know our experience. A COMPLETE JOKE! THIS STORE IS LOCATED IN POMONA CALIF.

Something about Papa John's pizza just tastes better than most other chains. The dough, the meats and veggies just go together very well. They have your order ready when they say it's ready, I'm satisfied.
