no wonder this place has the stars it has. the worker Rene is super rude. will have you on hold and just hang up on you multiple times. I called to add a few things to an existing order and instead of doing his job and just adding a few things he lied and said the order was already on its way when I can clearly see it was still cooking on the app and before I can even say anything he just hung up. he is super rude and if he doesn't like his job I don't understand why he's still working there. first and last time I buy pizza at this location. I can't comment on the pizza itself yet because it's still not done being made .

What a joke! They brag about customer service, take your money and of course they get the order wrong. We called to let them know and they claim we have the wrong store and hung up on us. One star is to many. I called back to speak with a manager, the cowardly manager won't answer the phone. We'll never order from another Paps Johns and I'll let family and friends know our experience. A COMPLETE JOKE! THIS STORE IS LOCATED IN POMONA CALIF.

Papa John never disapoints. Made to order, not greassy and make sure to get it with Garlic Parmesan Crust. Order on line and they will make it and have it ready between 14 to 25 minutes.

Something about Papa John's pizza just tastes better than most other chains. The dough, the meats and veggies just go together very well. They have your order ready when they say it's ready, I'm satisfied.

Placed an order only to be called half an hour later and be told that the online order was not responded to and the store couldn’t be reached by phone from headquarters.
What happened to our favorite pizza place? I ordered an X Large NY pizza. Spent $20. Hardly any sauce or cheese. Hardly any toppings either. Just awful. I called the store, you get a commercial and no human. I called corporate and was promised a call in 48 hours. Crickets. What a waste of money and time. Bye Bye Papa John.

Absolutely disgusting. I don't know what the hell they put in their sauce, if they dropped my pizza on the floor, or if the prep guy put mop water on top of the vegetables before the baker threw the pizza in the oven. I've tried to get someone on the phone directly to no avail. Unfortunately I've no choice but to assume the cooks and management is completely careless. Pizza is one of the hardest foods to F up but congratulations you guys get the grossest pizza I've ever tried award. If you're still interested in making one of the biggest mistakes of your life after reading this review I'm guessing that you like the novel activity of testing your well being for some masochistic purpose. Although I will believe in your bravery, I will also be praying for you as you may get sick as I did and projectile vomit all over your future gf who becomes just another date gone wrong. I wish you luck on your endeavor if you do choose to waste your hard earned money and divinely granted time on this abominable choice. Avoiding this place is a must. Consider this a generous warning.

This papa john's charges 10 cents for each packet of cheese or crush peppers you ask for. They also charge .10 for each paper plate! What a rip off. Food is what it's suppose to be.

They don't even pick up the phone.they messed up on my order got it all wrong from the pizza to the sides to the drink like are they even doing there job right and when told the driver my order was wrong he just said that's your order if didn't think so to call the office but they don't pick up it's all operator automated when pick to speak to manager goes straight to voice-mail even when placing my order sounded like an operator some where in the east.willnot be ordering again. And would like a full refund.
