Pieology Pizzeria Rancho Valley, Pomona, CA

This place is ridiculous. They charged me $55 for three pizzas and they barely put any toppings on the pizza, even after asking for extra. Then wanted to charge $1.10 for sides of ranch! When I tried to get a refund, the employee asked for my card and then disappeared in the back. Employees were rude and didn’t seem to care about anything. Will never eat here again.

I came in tonight and gorge or jorge I can’t remember his name was so polite and helped me with my order. I’m all the way from San Diego and had a long drive and was hungry, I didn’t know what I wanted and he was very kind to help me and give me suggestions. Love the positive attitude!!!

To management please hire more workers, Roberto did amazing however he deserves some help!

Roberto was the only one working and although the wait was long, the pizza and his service was worth it. I do believe the manager/owner should hire more people who are willing to work as he was the only one working this busy day but he handled it like a boss. Thank you!

Wanted to give no stars, been to this location many times and today was the worse. The lady gave 4 pieces of sausages and when asked for more she said they charge for more meat when she only gave 4 pieces.

The worst experience in this pizzeria chain. On Tuesday, June 11, I went with my family and the woman who is serving was very dry with us, I think her name is Sally P and the boy was a little more friendly. When the woman brought the pizza to the table, she threw it. What an ordinary woman besides, they serve you the ingredients as if she bought them some very tasteless pizzas. We bought 3 in that time. I'm never going back there.

I ordered craft your own pizza. The person preparing my pizza put very little cheese. When I asked for little more cheese, he said there would be additional charge for it. There was nothing listed on the menu about extra charge for little more cheese. I am a vegetarian and I only wanted few veggie toppings on my pizza and again he was so stingy with the vegetables as well. They charge $12.99 for a thin crust pizza and there was not even half ounce of cheese on it. I will not be going back.

Worst pieology ever. I have tried going here many times but whenever i go here after 10 pm they look so tired. That makes me feel saying that they dont want to make pizza in last hour of the store timings. If they dont want to serve customers then why are they open till 11pm, they should close by 10 pm then. Server names were shaely and jorge. Also, last thing to be added that they are talking in Spanish all the time with each other that also made me frustrated.
