Staff provide service on the basis of tips you give. If no tips given, you will see the reaction and also they are not attentive to you. They behave like you are not there and they don’t care at all. Their manager need to work on it as not everyone can afford tips. Also employee need to understand that still customer has paid full price of the what he/she wanted and it’s their duty to provide.

For the second time I come in there and the manager (chunky, Hispanic man) is just sitting down. Always seems to have an attitude when people walk in and he has to get up. I ordered cinnamon sticks with an EXTRA icing I paid for and he tossed it on the counter and rolled his eyes. Pizza Hut was my first job and I was there for 5 years so I understand how frustrating it can be. However, they always look so miserable and I feel like I’m inconveniencing them.

Door Dash order pepperoni Pizza melt I was expecting a hot melty sandwich. I ordered at 703pm order arrived 821pm ok what are you doing in that hour Pizza Hut. Needless to say it was cold upon arrival. I only ate it because after a hour wait I didn't care but c'mon can't even get a hot sandwich served hot. I pretty sure it's not a cold cut. Tasted like a pizza I got out of the refrigerator and just ate without heating it up. Honestly Kinda Gross ?. I don't think I will be ordering again soon. Very disappointed on a potential customer. I'm sorry but at this point I can't recommend any of your dishes. It'll probably be served cold ❄️ ?. My first and very last Pizza Hut order. Just not worth paying for Cold ❄️ ? food.

No one seems happy here. Even worse their pizza can be a bit greasy at times.
Fast friendly service. Pizza was delicious as always. Outside area, be careful at night if alone. Unfortunately, there's transients from time to time that make it uncomfortable in that area. Be aware of your surroundings.

The pizza was open & didn't receive my wings. Pizza Hut claimed it was Door Dash's fault & I had to contact them. I did not order through Door Dash. I literally ordered from the Pizza Hut website & was never notified Door Dash was actually delivering my order. This was a terrible experience & am still waiting on a refund since I refused the order.

placed online order for curbside pick up. Preperation time was accurate, pizza was average, not amazing, not terrible. However the service upon receiving the curbside pick up was less than desireable. Was approached by store rep who firmly instructed this location does not offer curbside pick up, even though their App and website options do, and future attempts may result in hours of waiting to receive curbside pick ups. So following the options and guidelines offered by their facility justifies poor customer service. #messagereceived ...if only we could take back the custom tip added to a carry out order. #lessonlearned
