The man cooking today didn't want to be there as shown in his surly rudeness. The place is falling apart due to being 90 years old; there is zero investment in Air Conditioning; we keep going because the fish is good.

Ive been going here for years and the last time I ordered the fish I noticed it wasn't seasoned the same way. They changed the seasoning and I ended up getting sick. I gave 3 stars because it use to be amazing. But with pricing going up quality changes. Seems like a trend that's happening everywhere

Food was great . I had fish, shrimp and hush puppies. I also ordered a soft shell 🦀 for the 1st time and it was excellent . However you should call and order before hand the wait was 30-40 minutes. Will be going again.
Best place for fish fry. I always get the catfish and a soft shell crab and extra hot sauce. The fish always looks and tastes fresh. The building does not have any fishy smell, just fried fish. Its clean
Call in your order if you're able to. They make everything fresh, so sometimes it's a long wait. It's totally worth it either way.
