Super delicious prime rib when you take some rod the crust with each bite...no need for any salt or pepper! All you can eat self serve salad and soup bar first. No need to order any appetizers. So much food. We took home a full prime rib and a half of the other because we needed to save room for the INCLUDED dessert.

Opentable Diner

Nice buffet and selection. I wish you could order regular menu too as I didn't want that much food. We all enjoyed ourselves though.

Brunch at Pomona Valley Mining Company was nothing but disappointing from start to finish. We had such high hopes that this would be a new go-to place for us, but it won't be. We visited Pomona Valley Mining Company yesterday for brunch, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience for our small group. Despite making a reservation weeks in advance and specifically requesting seating accommodations for a guest with mobility issues, our request was not honored. We were hastily placed on the opposite side of the restaurant, near the bar area, which was loud and clearly set up for larger parties—not ideal for our needs. While the buffet offered a wide variety of options, the quality was underwhelming. Items that should have been served cold were lukewarm, and hot dishes were also lukewarm. The sparkling wine tasted watered down and lacked any fizz and that was lukewarm as well. The only redeeming items were the omelets, eggs benedict, and waffles—freshly made to order and noticeably better than the rest. Our server was kind and attentive at first, but eventually stopped checking in, leaving us to fend for ourselves in a noisy and uncomfortable setting. This may be a great spot for others, but for us, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. We couldn't wait to leave.

Hands down the BEST brunch buffet I've ever been to!! We went for Father's Day brunch and had no problem getting great service and great food! Not to mention bottomless mimosas 😊 Will definitely be going back!!

Mother’s Day was great! This year but Father’s Day was a bad experience the waitress could really make a difference in your experience. Hit or miss place good luck.

Drinks are little expensive but food was good and the view is very nice

We attended a birthday party at one of their function rooms and food was buffet style, salad, roast beef, chicken, vegetables. I was disappointed with the quality of the meats. It seemed that it was pre-cooked, frozen and thawed, then heated up. I hope the dine-in food is better.

Made reservations at 7pm and received a message to make sure I was on time. We were. The hostess old us they were running behind abd to go have a drink in the bar. We were celebrating our daughter's 15th birthday! We check back after 15 mins and still no table. After 36 mins we got a table. Excellent server. Wish I remembered her name. The food came out. Steaks were tasty but very chewy. It was freezing in the restaurant and very loud. Great salad bar.

Main dishes were excellent. Salas bar was meh. Ambience was eh; horrible out of place pop music takes away from such a unique dining establishment.

Where to start! Overall disappointing. Our reservations were made over a month in advance for 6:30pm. I understand it was a busy Saturday night. But we arrived 10 minutes early and ended up waiting until about 7pm to be seated. We put in our drink and food orders pretty quickly. Our server made it a point to let us know that the table next to us that was seated after us already had their order taken but ours would come out before theirs as we were seated first. We then watched that table enjoy their entire meal and ask for boxes as they were preparing to leave and we still had not received our food. At about 8pm we asked for the manager and the status of our order. By 8:30pm no contact from manager, no food, and our server could only apologize and tell us she didn't know why we hadn't been served yet. In that time we watched multiple plates of food be delivered to larger tables that were seated well after us. So we decided to leave, passed the manager on the way out and the only person who stopped to check on us was our server. We are not local to the area, and had been looking forward to finally trying this “historic” restaurant. What a circus. I would not recommend it to anyone in the future, unless you would like to spend 2+ hours waiting to eat your dinner. But with that said, I find their signage that states they have implemented a 2 hour limit for diners quite ironic!
