Stopped by after almost 10 yrs. What a disappointment. What is up with your customer service? You need to have classes for those ladies to greet with a smile and hold their composure at work. Seem like they didn't want to work. And your portions need to get better i literally counted about 15 chips in my tostiloco for the price you are charging is outrageous. Raspados not that great either. I will definitely not be coming back.

First time here today with my family. We ordered a bionico which had little to no crema. I asked for more and showed the girl at the register she said she would have to charge me! I paid $10+ and still wanted to charge me instead of making it right. Smh disappointing
Experience was disappointing. A staff member questioned why my mom was speaking English instead of Spanish, seemingly based on her appearance.
Mom: Can I have a vanilla raspando?
Staff member: Do you speak Spanish?
Mom: Yes
Staff Member: You look Mexican, so I thought you would speak Spanish”
This kind of comment reflects a deeper issue of Latino-to-Latino prejudice—where assumptions are made about someone’s identity, language, or authenticity based on how they look or speak.
Nobody should be made to feel like they have to “prove” their heritage.
This is an opportunity to train staff on being respectful and inclusive—not just to customers from other cultures, but within the Latino community too.

Called to ask a question about payment they take and the rude lady who answered had the audacity to hang up on me. Purposely! They'll never get my business again that's for damn sure! She obviously didn't know I'm the one who orders the huge order for delivery every day. We'll take our business and money elsewhere where they appreciate the patronage and customers who keep their business open. A

Located in a rough neighborhood but absolutely love their drinks. We usually get chamango and tamarind drinks. Sweet salty sour and spicy all roll into a cup. Parking can be a little challenging sometimes but worth the wait.
