I’m going to be very truthfully honest here. I walked in one day with my sneakers on, because my name is Sneaker O’Toole, and immediately I was accosted by two workers. They demanded, “Take those sneakers off!”, but I defended myself and said, “NO!”. They demanded me once more and I stood my ground, said no, and bolted the other direction. They tried to chase me, but I knew they could never catch me, not in those shoes. I didn’t take my sneakers off, I’m still Sneakers O’Toole.

As a Labubu fan and collector, I really wanted try the Labubu drink flavors here and it did not disappoint! I've never seen black sesame used in shakes before and I actually love it so much, it should be everywhere! The bistro itself is clean and the service is great as well. The drinks are super creative and well made and I'm excited to try more flavors next time!

The interior is a bit warm. Food and drinks are delicious. I've tried strawberry milk tea at other places and it isn't nearly as good as this place. The tuna sandwich is worth the price. My husband inhaled half before I took a photo.

ANDY, gave the best service! The spring rolls are delicious. The peanut sauce is homemade (super delicious & tasty) and I literally devoured it after I finished my spring rolls! LOL not to mentioned my custom made matcha hot drink. Thank you for such a great experience. When I'm back in Pomona, I will definitely love to visit & eat here again. The ambiance is super cute and very clean. Very good price as well.

People with allergies please be very cautious.

I have a deadly milk, protein allergy.
I was told that all of the milk tea’s were non-dairy confidently by the staff.

I asked him why it was called “milk tea” if it were dairy free .

They told me it was because it had non-dairy creamer in it.

I know from having another allergic reaction that non-dairy creamer is just LACTOSE free, which is an intolerance, NOT free of milk (dairy).

One of the staff went to the back and showed me the ingredients list of the non dairy creamer.

It said it said“ allergy: contains milk”.

I had to tell them that non-dairy cream actuallys contains milk.

This experience could have been deadly if I would have m drank what the staff told me did not contain dairy.

Please do not tell customers that something is dairy free when it is not, someone could end up in the hospital because of this kind of neglect.

If you are allergic to milk, I would avoid this place as they were not knowledgeable at all of what was in there ingredients , which is very dangerous for a customer.

Also to the vegans who think that they are not drinking milk, we’re having the non-dairy milk product as well

Sticky rice bowl was delicious! Good price for a decent portion, I also tried the mango slushee which was also really good :)

This spot has lots of tea and food options. We tried boba milk tea and Passionfruit green tea, both of which were a little too sweet for us. The boba was not as chewy either. However, the drinks may taste better if ordered less sweet. Otherwise, the staff are very kind. Vibes are cozy. Good spot, especially due to its close proximity to Western University.

I love the sandwiches here, their boba is great, nothing to complain about and I love how much art they have there, the sticker board is great, very tiktok memes... always updating the memes lol 😭 from symphony dolphins to zazu cat fanart to etc etc I love it

Best sandwich spot with delicious drinks

Pretty cool place. Sip and Bite Bistro has the best drinks. Their 1/2 sandwich combo is a great bang for your buck, and let's not forget the tastiest shrimp spring rolls.

The boba is good. I've only tried the veggie sandwich, and they put waaayyy too much hummus. The bread and other toppings were good. My boyfriend loves the pastrami sandwich.

My son and I came to the Bank of America across the street and decided to give it a try. It was a good experience. We tried their boba drinks (blended taro and brown sugar milk) and they were both good. We also tried the Spring Rolls, they were fresh and tasted really good with the sauces.

Such a nice little spot. Everyone is very kind and the service is wonderful. Top favorites are brown sugar milk tea with boba and mango milk tea with lychee jelly! I’ve come back multiple times since the first time I’ve tried it. Honestly the best and great prices!
