There is a mandatory 3% service charge which I was surprised with at this location, would have been nice to know ahead of time before I tipped them. Food is great like all locations. There are more coaches and chill spaces at this location than my typical go to la habra location.

I had eaten at the Anaheim location prior to eating at this one. Totally different experience. This is like their fast food version. Order at the counter and they bring your food. Which I have no problem with except that's pretty much where the customer service stops. Foid prices are ok but $4 fpr a smallish fountain drink with no refills is ridiculous for this type of establishment.My order for myself, my wife and son came out to $80 with tip, and you're prompted to tip then and there. But they don't tell you they also tack on 3% auto tip to your bill. That in itself makes me never want to go back. Don't tack on a make believe charge to my bill.Food came quickly....too quickly and wasn't what I ordered. I ordered the loaded chicken burrito and when I told the staff, she literally just shrugged her shoulders. Not kidding, she didn't say a single word and just shrugged her shoulders a few times. My wife said she'd split her brisket burrito with me so we kept kept the mistaken order otherwise we wouldn't be eating at the same time.I ended up with loaded chicken fries. The fries are good but the breaded chicken was bone dry and cold so ya know it's not cooked to order. My son got the chicken strips, again, bone dry. However, the brisket burrito was really good.Not once did anyone check on any table, apologize for messed up order, etc. Zeroooo customer service. Literally like a McDonald's vibe.And we were wondering if we had to clear our table but didn't see a place for trays. As we walked out I noticed a place to clear your tray and garbage and a worker looked at our table and saw the trays and gave me a look of disgust lol. What am I unknowingly charged 3% auto tip for? And tipped another $10 on top of that to place my own order, clean my table and not even get the food I wanted....and 2 out of 3 dishes weren't even good. There 1 step away from making u cook your own meal.So yeah, this location is really bad. If you want a good smoke and fire, make the drive to Anaheim. Amazing experience at the same price. Great service, hot fresh food. I will never return to this location.

Been here twice, food never disappoints. Staff is always friendly and helpful when undecided. Love the pink lemonade! The charcoal lemonade is less sweet if you prefer more of a refresher. We always opt for the brisket and ribs. Tried the Mac and cheese for the first time and will definitely order again! Atmosphere is perfect for 2 or group socializing.
