Waited at drive up spot 20+ minutes, decided to try drive thru as I was eager to get back on the road..... Must have waited 30-40 min. Not sure what may have been the reason but it sucked waiting. Again, I understand stuff happens but when you decide on paying for a service and the service doesn't seem to value the patronage or the patrons time. I probably won't be returning. That was just mine and about 10 other drive thru customers experience. They might be awesome on all other days but I will never know

Idk what happened, we been coming here for years but the service is trash now. I ordered 2 small shakes, 1 medium and one mini. Tell me why they gave me 3 small and 1 mini. I went to the door and was flat out ignored by the workers. Unfortunately, I had to knock hard to get their attention. They gave me a new one and took the old one and yet again it’s a small cup?!? Is there really not much of a difference between the small and the medium that it is merely a 0.25 inch difference? Not coming back here again! Not to mention it was a pick up order and it took them 15 minutes to bring it out!

On November 13th, a crisp Thursday night, my roommates and I decided to visit this establishment, Sonic. We were outright ignored, dismissed, and disrespected. The silence was threatening; I did not expect to be engaging in psychological warfare at 10:25pm at night. Let alone at a Sonic, an establishment I previously respected and held in high regard. I am NEVER visiting this establishment again. Today, you have lost 3 customers!!!! As I write this review, my grilled cheese is cold in my hand.

It was my first ever visit to Sonic, so the moment I noticed it during our long drive, I turned in with pure curiosity. I chose their ice cream shakes, and they were rich, cool, and extremely refreshing. The texture felt smooth, and the flavor stayed delightful till the last sip.
One thing that truly stood out was the way the team came directly to the car to take my request. It created a relaxed, easy feeling and added a touch of old-school charm, all while keeping everything safe and stress free for guests. Sitting in the car, enjoying fresh air, and receiving warm service made the experience even nicer.
I am already planning to return on my next visit. I only tried shakes this time, yet I am excited to explore their meals as well, since the overall experience felt pleasant, simple, and surprisingly memorable.

I'm done with this sonic. Thus is the fourth or fifth time I've been here (yes, I know it's too many times) and every time they've gotten my order wrong. Ranging from the wrong sized soda to not getting my food the way I ordered it (today alone I ordered a bacon double smash burger with no mustard and it indeed had mustard. And last time where I ordered a plain bacon double cheese burger and it had everything on it in EXTRA. Like drenched in mayo and no bacon.) To the food coming out nearly ice cold like it's been sitting on the counter for 20 plus minutes and top thar with having to wait nearly 30 minutes for the food to even come out. This is BY FAR the WORST sonic I've EVER been to. Guarantee I will not be coming back to this location or any other in the area. Seriously, how hard is it to make a burger WITHOUT one of the main ingredients. Just don't put it on! Simple as that! I truly do hope this place gets overhauled or just shut down. There's nearly no saving this location. Can't wait for the copy/paste response that I see on every other negative review for this location. Seriously, at least take your business somewhat seriously and just read the review before putting down the same cookie cutter response to this about calling in or visiting some scam link. Don't even bother coming here. You won't get your order right and you won't be happy. This place is a blight on all other sonic locations.

I visited Sonic recently and had a mixed experience. I was in stall #10, and unfortunately, the speaker wasn’t working well—I had to yell my order, and the employee still had trouble hearing me. It was frustrating, but it wasn't the employee’s fault, just an equipment issue.
I also noticed that the menu board shows a “mini shake” for $4.79, but when I ordered one, I was told they only have small shakes. Again, the staff was polite, but I think the menu might be outdated or incorrect, which could confuse customers.
Overall, I’d recommend the store take a look at stall #10’s speaker and update the menu to match what’s actually available.
