Very disappointing.I hadn't been to Sonic in a few months and today I was feeling it so I visited this location in Pomona and it was TERRIBLE.I paid $20.00 for a gross chicken sandwich that tasted like it had been sitting there from the day before, the lettuce was old and brown and the bread? If you can call that bread, was disgusting.My fries were cold and my soda was flat. I also ordered a hot dog which was the only decent thing in the bag. Shame on them for selling nasty disgusting food like that. I will never go there again.Check your food before you drive off.

I really wanted sonic for dinner exited even... me and my husband were sooo disappointed and unhappy everything was made very bad really no effort. I got a cheeseburger my bun was soggy and tasted Bland I got a Frito cheese wrap it was all tortilla and hello looks nothing like the picture, my husband got a cheeseburger they put no condiments on it super dry the only thing we actually enjoyed was the tots! I'm just amazed the picture compared to what they actually serve you complete false advertisementYou all have a good evening

For Sonic, it was good. The food was good and the people seemed nice.
Generally, it is fairly fast and easy with no issues. Order came out correctly it just took a decent amount of time. I think they were understaffed.

Worst drive-thru experience of my life! Avoid it at all costs. After waiting in the drive-thru line for over 25 mins, almost half my order was room temperature. I ask for them to give it to me hot and fresh only for them to return a few minutes later with the items at the exact same temperature. I mean, really!? Did they think I wouldn't notice!

I went to pick up lunch that my coworker ordered for like 5 of us. When they bring the food I specifically ask "Did you double check it?" and she said yes. I went back to work and my coworker started separating the food only to find out that 2 tots and cheese. I was highly irritated as I ASKED!

I got 5 piece chicken tenders and they came raw they were the only thing that wasn’t cooked my tater tots onion rings were fine i also got food poisoning after a while
