My work moved near the area so was looking for some food spots. Came across this place. Man has food gotten expensive nowadays. Anyways it's still comparable to other places. I ordered the beef soft sofu and a salmon skin salad. I didn't eat the salad yet but I tried a piece of the salmon skin and it tasted good. As for the soft tofu its decent. I ordered medium spice but it's not spicy at all. Maybe I try spicy next time. This is a nice cozy spot. Not bad for lunch

We had the 911 and it was spicy and delicious! Also enjoyed the Las Vegas Roll, and i cant remember the other ones name but it had eel and was Great. The food is very good and the staff is very nice.

Staff was super nice. Food was good amount for the price. I got the poke bowl. Salmon tasted a little off tbh. But Tuna was fresh and everything else was delicious. Complimentary Miso soup too.

I have so much love for spicy fish the food is so amazing and the lovely owners keep us coming back. I always order the same thing, salmon teriyaki, but I've tried other menu items that were also excellent! The kimchi fried rice, udon, and cucumber salad are a few that stand out! This place is very special to me in a way that's a bit difficult to put into words but know that I adore Spicy Fish with all my heart and it will always be my favorite restaurant so I encourage you readers to give it a try

My favorite Japanese restaurant in Southern California so far! They make authentic Japanese food, very quickly and consistently beautiful every time! They make food like your Bachan & GiChan would. They welcome us in, and know my favorite dishes 😂. We love talking to the chef, hostess, and will continue to support their business. They are awesome people. My fiancée come here often for sushi rolls, tofu hot pot soup, katsu, yakisoba, udon, Ramen. It's all delicious.

I got two rolls and although both were kinda tasty (sauce) you could tell that the fish wasn’t the best quality. And I know people are going to say “you get what you paid for” BUT!!! in Sacramento you can find pretty decent sushi at this same price point. So I thought, this place being a lot closer to the ocean….. yeah…. Haha the service was great though. Very friendly. The owner of the restaurant came out and comforted one of her regulars who went thru a loss. I thought that was really sweet. They could also clean up a lot of the knickknacks around the dining area.

Fantastic, in today's world when you seem to "pay more for less" this place does not skip on the fish at all. Many sushi places will try to give you more rice than sushi, not this place. One of best bang for your buck I have seen in the greater Los Angeles area. Nice cozy family run restaurant good atmosphere and good service

Love this place. You can feel the care and love the owners place in everything. So clean and so calming, aside from the absolutely delicious food!!
