The bread is delicious but the line always sucks. I prefer to order over the phone for food pick up and not have the line wait. For the bread it's super delicious and sweet. The customer services varies from good to not so good. But it's one of the only good bakeries around. My grandmother and I love the mole there!

The bad thing about this place is the staff, the bad-tempered cashiers take a long time to collect and they charge you for the bags when they are not even recyclable.And all the bread is very expensive that's why they don't even mention the price.

Their bread is getting a lot better. I like that they use one person to get your bread to avoid germy kids getting all up in there. They always seem to miss getting my entire order in the bag so I'm always missing items.

Excellent bread and food but I think it's fair that they have the prices visible to everyone. This way you know how much it will be and there are no unpleasant surprises. More than once they have charged me a little extra and in general it is not cheap right now, but also the fact that they charge you poorly does not help. I don't think they do it intentionally, but it would be more pleasant if everything were more transparent.
Absolutely fresh and delicious but they should work on being more organized and straightforward as the lines and paying process is confusing and takes longer than it should because they don't have a system.

Best kept secret. Just as good if not better than Porto's pastries, and better than Panera. The deli foods are like home made. So good! The chef knows what he/she is doing.
Best bakery in Pomona. Bread is always fresh and moist. They make the best tres leches cake and flan that I've ever had. Tamales are huge, meaty, and the masa is moist and full of flavor. The line iut the door proves how great this place is, but dont let the line discourage you. The line goes quick.
