I didn't liked the service, they don't pay attention to your order, they give me the wrong order, I ordered it for a special occasion. I ordered a matcha with strawberry and regular milk, but they didn't give me what I asked for.

Very pleasant baristas who say a greeting as you enter. Ample amount of comfortable seating) and fast service (got my drink in about 5 minutes). I had a good experience here hanging out for about 2hrs studying. Wifi is strong enough to do standard web browsing without any stutters. 2 private restrooms.

Service was awful! Lauren was extremely rude denying us a cup of ice claiming they were “running out of ice” at 2pm… I also ordered a drink with light ice and received one with an excessive amount of ice. I was already to tried to ask them to remake it especially knowing how they were “low on ice” (lets be real she just didn’t want to give me a cup of ice)

This location used to be one of my least favorites due to the rude baristas but within the last 6/7 months the place has definitely improved and the baristas are extremely nice and welcoming. Food and coffee is always good, but unfortunately i believe this cup says “you suck” which makes me not want to go back??! The little things matter.

Staff was rude and the customer service was way below the standard I’ve experienced at other Starbucks. I ordered online and received something completely different from my usual. Even after explaining, they refused to fix it. Really disappointed—Starbucks service shouldn’t be like this.

Some of the employees are nice, just don’t like the “we can’t change the ice amount“ policy, I’ve come here more times than I can keep track of and never got any issue with this, I have dental temperature issues, Starbucks its not that serious to adjust some of the ice amount so why make it a rule?

Today, July 5th, at 12 noon, I visited Starbucks with my dogs due to the scorching 87-degree heat outside. As a regular customer, I always ask for water for my dogs before getting my coffee, especially on hot days. Unfortunately, the cashier refused my request. I believe that providing basic care for pets, especially in extreme temperatures, is essential. A person who denies water to dogs doesn't deserve to represent Starbucks.for sure I will never go back to this store.

Inconsiderate and unwelcomed. Despite me coming here for several years (as it being my home coffee shop)…they asked if “I needed any help making a purchase” …as I said I am okay for now, I was asked to leave stating that I need to make a purchase to stay in there. I understand the policy may have changed, but being considerate enough to allow me time to settle in as I am pregnant and not approach me within 5 minutes of sitting down. Very disappointed.

I come here often and it's always a hit or mess with different personalities and attitude but every time Breeana with the glasses helps me it's always professional and never gets our items wrong. She's very helpful funny and Positive energy. I genuinely appreciate the kindness she gives. She's the reason why I come to this location. Her energy brightens my day. Amazing customer service.

Out of all workers at this location, Breanna (sorry if I misspelled your name) but Bre with glasses has always been professional, always has great customer service, and with an amazing energy and just a very sweet person which lightens up the day! She’s always making sure they get our drinks right she pays attention to details and is always friendly. We appreciate workers like her! We get happy to see a friendly face and she is one of the reason we come to this location! Some of the other works should take notes from her customer service!

The baristas here are nice, but unfortunately they can’t get your order right to save their lives. I don’t know why I kept giving them more chances. They got my order painfully wrong 3 times in a row. So unfortunately I won’t be going back to this starbucks.
