The supervisor working on 2/16/25 is requiring purchases for water cups. Was rude to customers asking for water. Clearly someones abusing their power. We let corperations like this into our backyard and they cant even provide the basics that carls jr can L manager

First and last time here... i ordered a coffee with creamer. I had to ask the girl for 5 sugars 5 times and of course no stirring stick cuz I'm going to mix it with my finger... Starbucks you make coffee make it easier. This is bs

They had a special on a grande drink before 6pm. Mind you, I already ordered my drink at the speaker at 5:55 and made sure with the girl at the speaker that I would still be able to get the deal by the time I reached the window and she said yes. By the time I reached the window it was 6:07 and they couldn’t honor the deal anymore. Maybe if they had been quicker I would’ve been able to use the special. There was only 1 car ahead of me

Better to go to 7-11 for coffee and service. Yes, the employees didn't even acknowledge us at the walk up window. And the drive thru was empty too. Don't waste your time going here.

After receiving an incorrect order from another Starbucks location, we found ourselves at their store, hoping for a simple fix to our morning mishap. What we received in return was nothing short of extraordinary service.From the moment we explained our situation, Janet and Diana welcomed us with empathy and understanding. They didn't just listen; they showed genuine care for our disappointment. With a mix of professionalism and personal touch, they quickly set out to remake our order, ensuring every detail was to our liking. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction.But it wasn't just the remaking of an order that set Janet and Diana apart. It was their attitude, the warmth, and the effort they put into turning our day around. They engaged in friendly conversation, shared smiles that brightened our mood, and made us feel valued and appreciated. The worst‼️ I tried to place an order on drive through and the girl taking my order was so rude I had to repeat my order 3 times and she didn’t understand it; she asked if I can get out the car or window because she couldn’t hear me. She said our speaker sucks, if your speaker doesn’t work how was she able to hear me when I said ok I’m coming to the window to order she said NO in a rude way.!!

I used to come here everyday since they opened and they had a great service and friendly staff. Unfortunately they started hiring new people and I had the displeasure to had this kid that entitled himself as the shift manager to be there at the drive thru. I had to repeat my order 3 times cause he wasn’t paying attention and surprise, my cappuccino was pure milk made me puke. I came back and told him it was nasty and he gave me a bad attitude, super arrogant and remade my drink this time with no milk lol. Might be too difficult to prepare a simply cappuccino. After that they lost an everyday costumer

3rd time in this location I get my drink like this we pay almost 6.00 for venti for it to be served like this. I’ve been going to other locations because the lack of serving but this is 2 mins away from my house.. so sucks that I have to drive further.Here are two different dates n same situation.N no i didnt drink it u could tell I didn’t drink it I left as is by the top is clear
