Please fill the cups, been there about 50 times and each time it’s only half the amount. I keep giving this Starbucks a chance but now I will only go to the arrow and garey one or the foothill one.

This is one of the most terribly managed Starbucks there is in the surrounding area. They give only half of the order amount. I asked for their manager name and they basically said they aren’t allowed to give it. What in the ? Please do better. I will be submitting a formal report to their district manager. Terrible management, terrible directions, please don’t come here. They are ordered to fill the cups only with half the amount and you have to pay full.

Around 1 pm I went to the drive thru and asked for two grande waters for my young daughter and I. They wouldn’t give me the waters unless I purchased something. I asked to pay for the waters and they said I couldn’t. It’s unfortunate that I couldn’t pay for two grande waters or they couldn’t give us the waters for free. I know sometimes they charge 25 cents for a water at certain Starbucks, but this was ridiculous. I will not be going back to this location.

I have never had a bad experience here! Dom is amazing and I love to see his smiling face at the window! He always goes above and beyond and really gets what customer service is about! Thank you starbucks pomona.

They didn’t put the lid on my drink and forgot an item, when I went back to tell them, the girl with the nightmare before Christmas pin was yelling at me because of their mistake, super rude and won’t be going here ever again.

They are the rudest Starbucks employees I have ever seen. I work very close and have frequented often, telling myself everything this is the last time!!! I have witnessed them on multiple occasions be very rude to other customers while waiting outside for order. I asked to speak to manager and they said they do not have one! I will be calling corporate!!!

Ordered pumpkin loaf and Carmel frap with shot on top of whip. Stated twice to they don’t mess up. got my order shot was under whip and my pumpkin loaf was stale. Starbucks really has gone down hill. I will not be returning.

Quit taking over our neighborhood how many Starbucks do we need in one location Im tired of seeing your over priced. trash coffee every where I go so I heard your building another location on arrow and Garey and another possible location further on Garey in the old burger king by the DMV stop your wearing out your welcome in LA verne , San Dimas and Pomona stop building because I'm looking into avenues for a lawsuit your bad for the community go away
