I have never had a bad experience here! Dom is amazing and I love to see his smiling face at the window! He always goes above and beyond and really gets what customer service is about! Thank you starbucks pomona.
The only reason why I'm giving a poor start is because sometimes these guys don't clean the ice or they mix the coffee in with your strawberry acai and it tastes like coffee not good
This review is for Vanessa she helped me out with my order! I got a brown sugar shaken espresso however she recommended to add extra cinnamon powder to which I did and it was delicious! Other than the great customer service everything else was also pleasant. The only downside is the environment around Starbucks!
