Just left this Starbucks, the male with a hair up in bun needs to find a different job, he look so annoyed being there. He was not helping the his coworker. He seriously needs to find a different job, he had such an ugly attitude. Eww.

Yesterday I ordered my usual drink, a Matcha Frappuccino with almond milk and strawberry purée. The cashier, Matt, informed me that they were running low on strawberry purée and that he was saving it for someone who orders a "real drink."
In my 10 years of supporting Starbucks, I've never encountered such a response. I asked him, "A Frappuccino isn’t a real drink?" He then said, "OK, I can give it to you, but it won’t be that much. I’ll give you what I can," while still intending to charge me the full price. I declined, as I didn't want to pay full price for a reduced amount of purée just because he was "saving it for someone who buys a real drink."
My thoughts are, it doesn't matter who he's saving it for, as the supply will eventually run out regardless. He then checked and said he could provide the purée. I asked for assurance that he would give me a decent amount since I was paying for it. This experience was very unpleasant, leaving me feeling undervalued compared to other customers because I know my money is valued the same as the next persons money. so, now I’m assuming that he doesn't value me the same as the next customer

Get better management and improve on it. Seriously. They were on my case about not buying anything just to chill in their lobby area daily. Now I feel a lot less inclined to ever spend money at this Starbucks location again because of the bad management here breathing down my throat. It's a nice Starbucks and all. But screw the current workers doing management at this location. For the record, Starbucks has gotten so much money out of me as their customer for so many years on end.

1st of all they don't even have raspberry syrup and it's not discontinue I go to target all the time and they have it Do not go here
Please hire more staff at this location. There was only one barista working when I got there. And the 2 customer in front of me preset 17 drinks. Took me more than half an hour to get my drink. And I was running late because of that
In Target
I ordered Vinti frapuchinos and gave me grande instead. They changed the frapuchinos but didn't look happy about it.
