Ever since I moved in the area this has been my go to Starbucks for the past 2 years. Service and beverage quality has been consistent all through out. The team they have has been very nice, pleasant and engaging. Leslie and Anthony were the nicest they were my lucky charm for the day of my promotional interview. Really appreciate the well wishes and great vibes that day. Also appreciate Andrew, Olivia, Vivian and George who are always welcoming and accomodating. I prefer stopping by here when I can before heading to work even though there is a starbucks closer to my office. 😌😇🫶🏻

Purchased 3 items a day ago from here and gave generous tip. Next day return for EV charging in the complex. It was very hot (>100 degree) and ran out of water in my personal bottle.
Starbucks staff straightaway said buy something or no water. I told them I purchased yesterday but he ignored the comment.
Starbucks seriously need to think about their policy of making money or making a brand. Will take my business elsewhere for sure.

Been a Starbucks customer for years today I went through the drive through I ordered 3 drinks asked for light ice and VIVIAN the supervisor denied the request for light ice on my shaken espresso I told her she can do extra milk that that was fine. She gave me an attitude and said she can’t do that. I told her I’ve been to many Starbucks and they all accommodate my drink. She said well then go there. I asked to speak to a manger and she said she was a supervisor, I’m in disbelief how classless this person was. She works for Starbucks I’m paying 8 dollars for a coffee and she refused to do light ice. Working in management myself I can’t believe she would treat customers this way. I recorded her on my phone and will be sending this to corporate this is not okay.

Excellent service and great coffee and side food selections. Mr. Reyes took my order and the baristas did a great job with my Vanilla Cappucino and a biscotti. Highly recommend this place.

I went to ask for the code to use the restroom and some young lady asked me if I was going to buy anything I told her I would like to use the restroom and told me no because I wasn’t going to buy anything so I can use the restroom I told her why new rules it’s ok I will never buy anything from Starbucks anymore even at Costco or Sam Club someone needs teach your employees some manners very important NO MORE STARBUCKS for me

I’m a city bus driver at night. As many know, there are no designated restrooms to use. I went in on 6/20/25 around 9:40pm and the little white boy was extremely rude to me about using the store restroom. He spoke to me as if I was a transient or loiterer in the establishment while embarrassing me in front of other customers. I love Starbucks , but would NEVER frequent nor recommend this store to anyone. This little boy needs re-training in customer service! I would never talk down on a potential customer.

Went in with my wife and 3 little granddaughter's. They all ordered the Tall Vanilla Bean Frappuccino, my wife had her regular Venti Chai Frappuccino, and I had a Venti White Chocolate Mocha Quad and 4 Splenda. Everybody was happy.
