Why close early? i passed by yesterday at 8:48 !and had close then changed hours of operation

I had to give a bad review on this. I was treated so bad because I am a Mexican.. she threw the quick pot at me. do you like shove the water to my face? it doesn’t matter the color of my skin she should treat me like a person. she doesn’t know if I’m a Mexican-American because of my color as my skin she treated me bad. she did not have her badge on, but she had glasses on. if you’re Mexican do not come here because you would be treated horrible. I want apology from Starbucks.

If you don’t care about awful service this is the place . And if I could give no stars I would. I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times and each time has been unpleasant. It’s the attitude and wrong orders I get. This time the woman who started my order couldn’t hear me and I tried to repeat my order. I could hear the frustration in her voice then I heard a male voice and had to start over again. He was very pleasant and had no problem hearing me. I get to the window and see a few ladies talking/mingling. I say good morning because one woman was turned facing me and she completely ignored and turned the other way. I look past it and waited for my 2 orders. I receive my order and asked the lady the name of the other woman (who ignored me). She replied they couldn’t give out names. I then said, oh okay well I was just trying to say good morning to her. They both did an eye roll, laughed and said nothing. The one woman closed the window so I left. My husband and I both discovered our orders were not what we wanted. We had a latte that was watered down and hardly any milk in the hazelnut shaken espresso. We are both coffee drinkers and are frequent Starbucks customers but I’m pretty much done with this place.

The employees especially the girls that were there when I went to pick up my order need to stop chatting and being in the chisme they saw me and ignored me and had no cars on drive thru. it’s sad getting paid to do nothing. Starbucks needs to get ppl that really want to work! Really unsatisfied with the customer service.

Customer service always above and beyond, great employees. I have tried 2 locations to see if horible latte was a fluke, nope sugar free vanilla latte awful. What has happened to the great flavor. Can't support anymore.

Normally the service here is good but today (October 5th at around 12:20pm) I encountered a rude barista in the drive through. I didn’t get to see her name unfortunately. When I pulled up to the window and was getting the Starbucks app pulled up on my phone, it took a second to load, so she slammed the window shut in my face without saying a word, and went back to taking orders. She left me sitting there so long that I considered just driving off and going to a different Starbucks. She finally opens the window, still giving me an attitude, and scans my card, and then proceeds to hand me a black iced tea when I distinctly said green iced tea. She looks at me like she thought I was lying, slams the window shut again in my face without saying a word. Then she comes back a couple seconds later with the other two drinks that I ordered, and then slams the window in my face. Came back after that with the green tea and just slammed the window in my face without saying anything at all. She looked to be early 20’s, long hair, and a few tattoos. Not sure of her race but possibly Latina. She needs an attitude adjustment. And I was nice the entire time while she was being rude.

I pulled up for a mobile order since it was available on the app, once I arrive I walk up to the window and employee inside looks at me then looks away. I see the handmade sign on the window so then I go in the drive thru and get told they have no cup holders when I have 4 drinks. I understand you may be shortstaffed and have to close the walk up pick ups, but don’t have it available on the app for store pick up and then get an attitude when I asked for a cupholder.
