This is genuinely the best starbucks I've been to. The staff is always so friendly, inside the building is really cozy and there are often plenty of people hanging out there. I've seen some reviews that said modifications aren't allowed, but I've personally never had that experience here. We always ask for modifications and the staff dutifully adds them. They are very patient and efficient --which is surprising considering how busy they get in the morning! The coffee is pretty consistent in quality, sometimes a little eh, but we can't be perfect every day. Overall, awesome.

Appreciated the Barista who was able to customize my mocha frappe so it wasn't as strong tasting and she even offered to remake it if I did not like it which I honestly really appreciated however she did not need to make it because she made it perfectly the first time, thank you for that :)

Eric and another woman that was working on February 18 2025 was so rude to a older woman and her grandson and then I walked in and asked if I can use the restroom and the lady said by law I could not use the restroom without purchasing a drink and was very rude about it. That is ridiculous and poor customer service I go to this Starbucks a lot and never have been denied the restroom except for today and will never be coming back.

This is the best Starbucks I have visited. I come here most mornings and they always have a friendly attitude, the drinks come out very quickly, the cold brew machine is never broken, and the inside is clean and nice with plenty of room to meet or just relax. There is usually plenty of parking.
