I live on Foothill Boulevard between town and Garey and this Starbucks has no trash can outside while they have plenty of seating outside so you can guess where they're trash ends up.

Probaly the worst starbucks , I been to, There is a lady with short hair in the drive thru that is very rude and questions customers when drink is not made with ingredients wanted , like anyone one has time to go back to fix it , any good employee would just say sorry they got it wrong and make it right , this was not even questionable because I never left the place and had go back thru the drive . I won't be returning this starbucks again. So the CEO is wondering why Starbucks is declining ? It is probaly service like this!

This is a pretty run-of-the-mill Starbucks location it's about what you would expect and it services North Pomona and the Route 66 area here.

In the past they once messed up our order by not adding ANY syrup! 🤣

But besides that past error experience they always have pretty good drinks!
I like coming here to catch up with people or just to get a quick drink.
The baristas are kind and do their jobs well.

My mom got the blackberry sage drink and it's very delicious!

My matcha latte is also very good.

In the past I had the peppermint hot cocoa at this location, and it was also delicious.

It was disappointing that my coffee contained coffee grounds, and they used the wrong non diary milk. As a grand opening day, the quality was low. The location looks great, but the drive thru Lanes needs to be well defined, so there is no issue where the line starts.

Disappointed with the new water policy. I get the bathroom thing because you guys need to keep those clean and certain people out but i really hope the water policy backfires. It shouldnt be that hard to recognize which people can remain civilized and behaved and those that cannot. Like the people there to do genuine work that you recognize are not a cause for concern. I know its not specific to your location, but i think its ridiculous. You're going to turn certain people off by doing that and lose potential customers. Starbucks used to be a place to hang out and get work done too. Maybe make a few purchases here and there. Not anymore. Not giving starbucks anymore of my money. Used to not mind paying for the overpriced drinks on occasion because of how much i got done there. Shame.

Math adventures

The barista was extremely rude. Complaining that we came in to order at 7pm. Bro you're open another hour and a half. The cashier could not make a simple suggestion, other than coffee and peppermint hot chocolate. Was very rude, made very rude faces and even Rudely asked "are you going to order something or not" wow. What great service

Also your hours are wrong. You say here on Google and your posted signage you say you're open until 9. But you close at 830?? C'mon bruh

Observed two employees horsing around throwing bags of food at each other. Needless to say I threw away what I ordered. The thought of my food having been on the floor, really put me off. Very unprofessional.

Really poor customer service from the tattooed lady cashier inside. I asked for no whipped cream, and got extra. no big deal, I asked for a remake, she literally walked off while I was mid sentence. Seems like she was really inconvenienced... by doing her job? The energy wasn't it. The drink itself wasn't as good as they typically are elsewhere, no flavor

The interior atmosphere is very good, like a Starbucks. The drinks and service were not bad either. However, they did not open the restroom for too long. After talking with my girlfriend for an hour and a half, we eventually went to another place to find a resrroom. There weren't many people because it was a weekend evening. The space was large and spacious enough to put in more tables and chairs. But please open the restroom.
