I gotta say Mrs Lady thought ahead to question a order I placed ...and I'm so glad she did ...now that's called taking initiative and thinking ..
She didn't guess ...she didn't just let it be ...she felt something wasn't right about the order ...and called me to double check ! Love it !!! Thank you Lady !!!
I had the best experience here today. I went in to get two foot longs with my mother and the employee was so kind and thoughtful. While he spoke to me in English, he spoke to my mother in Spanish and was very nice to both of us. It was an experience and I will be going back for more sandwiches.

I had a quick lunch break and Danny aka Mr. Clean ( that was on his name tag ) really was super pleasant. Had a great attitude not just with me but with other. I ate in. All the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I was totally mortified after nearly eating my entire sandwich when I found a long black hair in my mouth. It was near my last bite and totally grossed me out. I know it wasn't mine as I'm African American with braids, and no one in my house has hair that long, not that it should be in my sandwich nevertheless. So, I took it back just to show them, and the manager didn't even have the common courtesy to come out from the back to greet me or apologize for it. I didn't even want anything but to let them know it happened, but I was told they were going to "look at video footage and call me." What!?! Call me for what. I don't need a call just acknowledge and apologize and change your hair net less policy. I will never eat at this place again for both reasons. No hair nets and no respect for the customer. And no phone call to boot!

I ordered 30 mins ago, they served all walk in customers first, I was waiting in the car extra 10 mins and came in the store, they told me they haven’t started yet, I recommend them this type of speed and service just don’t open the online order, they lied and never apologized I felt very disappointed ?

Asked for an entirely different sandwich than what I asked for, I wanted the 33 special with beef, I got a teriyaki chicken sandwich and the chicken was undercooked and had alot of fat in it.. I love eating subway, but because on a budget it will be a long time before I ever go back!
Vegetarian options: Everything other than meat is VEGAN!!

This subway has amazing service! The staff were very kind and so helpful, the food is also amazing and has many great choices. I loved their rotisserie chicken. They also have eggs, which I’ve never seen before. My sandwich was delicious and my order was perfect.
Sunway needs to train their employees to make the orders correct .There's been multiple times with my oders(s) they got wrong.Always charged me extra for avocado and it's never on my sandwich.Worst customer service hereAlways check your oder because they always get the orders wrong.
