This company deserves no business. We made the mistake of going with them because they were recommended by our wedding venue. They forgot our scheduled tasting. They ghosted us after we chose our flavors. I was calling daily and did not finalize or pay the week of the wedding. The day of, they delivered the cake to the wrong room. We ordered a cake that was way too large and was promised to go boxes for guests. Never delivered. At 8 pm, I had to ask the venue staff for our cake and they brought it in lopsided. Colors were wrong texture was wrong. Flavors were wrong. And when I contacted them, they had the nerve to tell me the correct portion was still in their cooler. The morning after. He offered a 25% refund then ghosted me for another month. I once again contacted them and he said he did nothing wrong even though I had photographic proof of the cake not being delivered properly. He sent me a picture of my cake sitting in the restaurant. I can’t imagine how anyone would choose them after reading their yelp reviews. The venue was notified but nothing ever came of it. We found them through the Pomona Valley Mining Co.

This business is most definitely not recommended. They do not document any of the things you ask for. They forget your appointments. They do not make your cake with the flavors you ask for. They deliver to the wrong location and do not return phone calls or messages. They made our wedding cake the wrong flavors, delivered to the wrong location, lie about their services that cause you to waste over half of your cake. This bakery was recommended by my venue for our wedding reception. This awful business should be shut down. We paid nearly $700 to upgrade our cake and the whole experience was a disaster from start to finish. The man we worked with was absentminded and forgot our tasting. He was nearly impossible to reach to pay in advance so we paid for our cake 3 days before the wedding. We finalized the cake twice and the day of the wedding, he delivered the cake to the wrong room. The staff at the venue brought our cake to us 4 hours after it was delivered and it was lopsided. He said he would provide to go boxes so the guests can take cake home. The boxes were not provided. So two large tiers of cake went to waste. The color and texture was wrong and the flavors were wrong. When I contacted him the day after, he said he would give a partial refund but denied any wrongdoing. Then he said he found our tier in his cooler and ignored my calls for the next two weeks. When I contacted him again, he was extremely rude and I told him he had awful customer service. He blamed the venue and said he was not responsible, even though the “proof” in photos he provided clearly showed the cake was not in the correct place. I told him if he did not provide a partial refund, I would contact my bank and reverse the complete charge, and response ok, thanks. Check out their yelp reviews. This is one of the best places to get a cake PERIOD. The cake is fluffy and moist, the flavors are amazing, and the designs are out of this world. The cake designer is an artist. He's made all kinds of cakes, some of which have been featured on many news articles. They are pricey but they are worth it. The staff is very friendly and always willing to work with you to get the best cake possible.

Very disappointed! I don't usually give reviews. I ordered a college graduation cake for my son. It tasted good but was poorly decorated. We had a picture of how it was SUPPOSED to be, it didn't look professional at all, it didn't even have his name on it! I called several times, left messages and they never answered (I'm sure they have caller ID) and never called me back. Too bad, I have a couple of weddings coming up, won't be referring them!!!
