First time trying this Taco Bell. Unfortunately, the guy on the drive through was rude and horrible. Messed up the order over and over again and then eventually read it back correctly. Guess what? The order was messed up in the end. Then I get to hear the crew in the back making fun of me because I had a question about the menu. Guy on the drive through is hard to miss and if you can, give him and the restaurant a miss. Guy had lots of gold chains and medallions.

Tried to order at the drive through, made me wait for 10min to finally tell me the system is down. They then took my order, waited another 10min to tell me sorry it can’t be placed go somewhere else. Worst service in my life.

Went through the drive through.We ordered 4 tacos which were very skimpy mostly lettuce. $8+ for 4 tacos overpriced for mainly lettuce. Will not visit there

Edgar cashier was really nice , and very polite, and had patience ordered a big order and everything I said he put on the screen and everything came out fresh and not one missing item everything in the bag & he also gave me a $2 off meal for next purchase he was very nice. The food is great! new friendly staff and managers. The store is kind of dark so it doesn't look to visible but the food is great and there's almost no wait!! :)

Just went here and ordered a combination burrito with no cheese or onions. EASY BEANS. For you guys to make $23 an hour and mess up on a simple burrito with just 2 ingredients. (EASY BEANS. ADD BEEF) fucking pathetic and an embarrassment. If you can't make a simple fucking burrito why tf are you working at Taco Bell? Go do something that you are "better" at. Because obviously making a burrito isn't your trait. Fucking lame ass to whoever made it. And was working at 12/2/23. 12/12:30pm

It smells like bathroom in here, and the lady who is always running the drive through sounds and looks drunk and is entirely unpleasant in her demeanor. I'd be nervous to order from this store.
