Did a special order and they made it PERFECTLY!! Nice service people and the cook knew what he was doing and made some EXCELLENT breakfast for my lunch.. I'll be back again soon!!

Whenever I don’t have time to make myself some breakfast before work, I usually opt into visiting Tom’s for a signature omelette.
This restaurant never disappoints as far as the quality of their meals and portion size. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable.
Every time I place an order For pick up, my food is always hot and ready to eat.
My only concern is that there have been multiple times where I do place an order for an omelette and I find strands of black hair. 🤢
I would advise Tom’s management to have their cooking staff wear hairnets while on duty

Just went thru drive thru on my lunch. Ordered grilled cheese and when I got to work it was 2 tacos. I tried calling number on receipt but I keep getting busy signal. Guess I'm eating tacos for lunch today.

HORRIBLE! I waited at the speaker today at 7:40am..the minutes passed and no one came to speak to me. I called. I guy on the phone asked me to hold, hung up on me. I first thought no one is there but since they picked up the phone I assumed the speaker is broken and drove up to the window. Called again! I said “I’m here at the window in the drive through! No one answered the speaker!” The guy opened the window, maybe Mexican 35-45 years old. I told him that I was waiting at the speaker and no one answered. I’m a very quite person who doesn’t get aggressive which is important to mention. I asked in a calm normal tone. He answered that he just took an order from the car that just arrived behind me and that I can go and eat somewhere else! I’m shocked!!! Today 11/14 at 7:40am who ever worked there should get fired! I drove to the other Tom’s and told them what just happened! This is insane! How can you treat customers like this ? Stay away from this Tom’s because that behavior can ruin your day! I had not much time left and arrived late to work because I had to drive to another place! I just said okey, bye! I did not argue nothing! I’m happy I did not order there! I’m not sure what happend to this guy! If they are understaffed or what is going on! He seemed stressed and nervous but also very very unfriendly! STAY AWAY!

This was my first time here and it was good. I ordered the 1/4 lb burger with lettuce, onions and ketchup and a instead of fries i wanted onion rings. The onion rings were really good they use butter milk and panco and they were the best panco onion rings I've ever had. The burger was good and they use iceberg lettuce (romaine is for rabbits). The store was clean, the staff friendly, the service fast. They do have a drive thru. They only have one handicap ♿️ parking spot. The parking lot is small, but there is enough parking available. I will be back there. ;)

How many calories you want to really taste a juicy meaty 100% Angus burger just go to Tom's and order a cheeseburger their meat patties are really thick and juicy and you can taste the grilled smokiness in the meat it's so good they also have zucchini fries which are really good if you get the tray of them with ranch oh my gosh
