Went thru the drive through on Monday Maddie was great. From the beginning very welcoming. Took my order with a good attitude food was great. Never had such a good drive thru experience before. makes me want to go back and dine in. After I left I realized I should have tipped her but wasnât sure if that was appropriate for a drive thru. Going back next Monday for dinner.

Food isn't the same anymore the chili cheese fries aren't that good onion rings aren't the same very pricey for mid food forgot to put the extras in my order

Went for an early lunch and they were training a new cashier so it was slower service which wasnât an issue. But when I received my food after waiting about 25 minutes, my fries were cold like they didnât even cook them for the right amount of time. Very disappointing since the prices arenât very cheap anymore. Didnât even finish my food due to how bad it tasted when cold.
We went here because it was closer to us but the people who work here are absolutely horrible and rude as soon as anyone walks in they mad dog you like what is your problem there no hiâ or good morning. They act like their some fancy restaurant when their far from that đ their booth benches are broken and dirty please donât eat here they are very unsanitary you could get sick !

Drive thru cashier on 1/11/2025 around 5:40 pm gave me wrong order and drink not full, I went back and she didnât even apologized just ignored me and gave me what I had ordered but didnât gave me ranch dressing. Please do your work right lady!

Was a consistent customer here until today, when my boyfriend took a bite of his food and a long hair came out. Called to complain and they gave a hard time for a refund. When I told the manager that I didnât even care about the refund and I just wanted the girls to start wearing hair nets he got defensive and said they pull their hair back and that should be enough, I told him long ponytails can still shed hair. Never eating there again especially if theyâre not receptive to feedback.
