Was a consistent customer here until today, when my boyfriend took a bite of his food and a long hair came out. Called to complain and they gave a hard time for a refund. When I told the manager that I didn’t even care about the refund and I just wanted the girls to start wearing hair nets he got defensive and said they pull their hair back and that should be enough, I told him long ponytails can still shed hair. Never eating there again especially if they’re not receptive to feedback.

Food was good went for breakfast on a Saturday a little packed. Clean not very much parking. For a family of five we spend about $60 which is not bad.

Went this morning 7/2/2024 at around 7:30am placed an order ahead of time the lady in front told me that It was the wrong store and that they don't make what I ordered there, after a few moments of trying to convince her that yes they do and her giving me the worst attitude a cook came and told her my order receipt was right next to her then instead of apologizing for the mistake she just left like if I was still wrong. I'm sorry but she needs to look for a job that doesn't involve dealing with customers worst attitude ever. P.s. The cook was amazing and his customer service was amazing!

But the nightshift can't cook a burger to save their life ? I'm just being honest the girls here cannot cook .
I ordered the strawberry waffle ? in the morning and it tasted like my mom cooked it . I wish I dropped a tip. Next time I see the good chef at the drive thru I'm gonna give you a tip bro . I used to work in restaurants too and it's alot of hard work that people never notice so giving a great cooked meal shows how much you enjoy your job . Thank you very much ?
