In the words of my mother “this food is good as dog food”. The flavor was disappointing. Not only for myself but for my entire party. Then let’s sprinkle the lack of attentiveness from our waitress who I couldn’t even refill our water. I ordered the tomahawk steak. It was drenched in Basil and plain. It also was pork. However, the menu does state it’s pork chop and I didn’t want to be wasteful so I began to eat the steak. I even tried to share with others thinking it was just me. After a taste, No one wanted to eat the steak. Then as I look around everyone is pouring salt on to their meals. WE WERE ALL DOING THE SAME THING, trying to be polite, not complain, not waste food. My mom took it home for her dog, my sister and I took the rest home to teen boys, assuming they’ll eat anything. When we asked to split the bill 4 ways she said it was only allowed for 3. Then she couldn’t do that correct. We had to split it for the server, who still added the wrong items and kept telling me I ordered something I didn’t. We ate $300 worth of food to not be wasteful and you can’t take $9 bread that I didn’t order off my bill!? Then she looks at my party and says who’s paying for the bread. This bill was split twice and she couldn’t place the correct items on the correct bill. FYI, the gratuity is not mandatory. We took that off.
We held our company holiday party here over the weekend, and it was fantastic. The view was gorgeous, and Jasmine, the manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the event. We had a total of 95 RSVPs and reserved the patio, though in hindsight, a restaurant buyout might have been a better option since the space felt a bit cramped, especially as our guests wanted to dance. The staff was attentive and efficient, regularly clearing used dishes. The food was excellent, and the buffet setup worked well to accommodate our guests.
Unbelievable place great service amazing views good food🔥🔥🔥🔥
My friend invited me out to her birthday brunch here. I will say it is beautiful there. I am vegan so I was hoping for some fresh fruit and a salad bar. No salad bar or fresh fruit. I asked the who I assume was the manager, as he did not introduce himself, if they had any vegan options. After determining my only option was a premade salad, he walked away never to speak to me again. Offered no accommodations but still charged me $65 for a salad and a couple mimosas. The lack of customer service was at Denny's level but they are charging premium prices for a brunch without a salad bar?! In fact the options were minimal even if you were not vegan. Food is a zero, Service is a zero, but I had to give a star..
Good environment but would recommend more vegetation options as there was not.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere
I had brunch again at Vita today, again service was impeccable 👌 food was delicious although there were several big parties today my small table did not have any lapse in service. And service was on point. Great job to the servers and manager . Always a great environment!!! Thank you for a great Sunday brunch we will be back again
I ordered a pasta, it was ok but you could make a better pasta at home. They just added some tomato sauce from a can. I was expecting a real Italian pasta. We are in California, they should have a better wine selection. Service and atmosphere were good.
Fantastic Experience. Place very cozy and the foods amazing. The lovely smile from the host name daf, upon entering the restaurant made us to feel welcome.server is very knowledgeable.we will definitely coming back.

I’ve had the opportunity to visit VITA Italian Bar & Grill multiple times a year as I stay at the DoubleTree while i work in the area, and while my experiences have been a mixed bag, there’s one aspect that consistently shines: the bar and staff. Christian, Serena, Marlene, and Janine create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. They’re attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to recommend a great drink. The bar itself is well-stocked, with a fantastic selection that never disappoints.
However, the dining experience leaves something to be desired. The food, while decent, doesn’t quite match the price point, which feels a bit steep given the overall quality. I’ve found that the menu lacks innovation and variety, which is surprising for a place that positions itself as upscale.
I believe there’s significant room for improvement in the kitchen. Updating the menu with more creative dishes and ensuring that every meal is worth the price would elevate the dining experience considerably.
In summary, if you’re looking for a great place to unwind with excellent service, VITA Italian Bar & Grill is a solid choice thanks to its outstanding bar staff. Just be prepared to manage your expectations when it comes to the food. With a few changes, this place could truly shine!
Eva is a wonderful waitress. Always one step ahead of us!
The drinks are a hit, and the vibes are certainly well paired with the food. Great place and reasonable prizes.
Our server was so nice, he went out of his way to make our "Girl's Night Out" feel special! I don't remember his name, but he really made our evening special. The food is great quality. My only feedback is that it would be great to see a veggie burger option, maybe a "cheez- burger" with a plant-based patty as an option? But we had a great experience, we will be back soon!😃❤️🍸
Eva was fantastic. Wonderful service. Delicious food. Couldn’t have had a better night.
Eva was a wonderful waitress. Vita is an amazing restaurant. Go check them out if you are in Pamona and want a 5 start dinner.
