Ordered delivery directly through the Wingstop app as I’ve done many times before. Wingstop delivers through doordash but does not let you connect to your doordash account. The response was “your order was cancelled,” after already receiving a notification my driver was on their way. My food got stolen. This location only allows you to contact them for support & as I’m not trying, no one picks up the phone. It’s been 15 minutes I’ve been listening to elevator music.

This is my second time ordering from this location and they always leave my food salty specially the French fries. I clearly specified when I ordered online to put light seasoning on my fries and they did the opposite and left them all salty. I’m Very disappointed from this location. Im not coming here again.

Terrible customer service… Placed order directly through Wing Stop website... order sent with doir dash, order never received, called Wing stop ... was told order is "out of their hands once picked ip by delivery driver" won't remake undelivered order that was PLACED DIRECTLY THRU WING

Ordered wings for Super Bowl at a day beforehand to pick up at 4 got there they said wouldn’t be ready until 830 pm. Horrible!!!
The place is disgusting. Lots of people complaining these days. About 7 people complained about the food. The wings were not cooked well. They don't clean the tables, there is garbage, you complain to them and they don't accept their mistakes, they don't want to change your wings.

The wait is too long. I seen three customers come in order and got their food before mine. I only order 10 wings. Waited 30 minutes. I thought you get one sauce with 10 wings. I was charged $1.80 for that after the fact.

Called in for order did not speak to actual person went to pick up order on break it was all wrong ask for refund couldn't wait worker said they could not refund me didn't get her name but her and the manager that was there were very rude I did explaine that it's not my fault that u don't have actual people answering phone orders I had my mom call and explain they told her that they couldn't refund I didn't take the food but still was charged later my mom tried calling again finally spoke with the manager javier very helpful and resolved the matter.... the rest of the employees along with day management needs more training on customer service

My chicken sandwich was soooooooooo good I had to call Wing Stop and ask for the cooks name! Ms. J made me the best chicken sandwich I have ever had! The sandwich was crispy and juicy on the inside. Not only did she make my food great, she gave amazing service. I forgotten to say no pickles on my sandwich, she came and ask me did I want pickles on my sandwich to make sure. (Which I did not want ?). Thank you Ms J for the excellent service!! I was done with wing stop until this day.

Usually a good spot but charging 1.69 for a TEASPOON of seasoning is absolutely absurd. What does it cost to fill the little container with a mix of salt pepper and sugar??
