Thanks to the manager Enrique he took care of the customer! Me, my order was late, cold due to short staffing from sick calls. Understandable! But Enrique went above and beyond to make it right! Ordered garlic fries and a drink along with wings. Fries didn’t have garlic as ordered. Drinking paid for was 32 ounce, drink received was 16 ounce. Wings were stale as if microwaved/reheated and lightly seasoned. When I called to get these issues resolved I was told they couldn’t do anything. I don’t plan on ordering from this wingstop again.

I just LEFT Wing Stop after being completely IGNORED while waiting for the cashier to get off the phone. She never said hello, hold on, I'll be right with you, nothing! I will say, she showed EXTREME patience with the person on the phone. My impression, and her body language, was that she was in no reasonable hurry to attend to the customers who were physically standing in line. And this is the definition of rude.
