Every time I've been to this location, multiple machines are broken and they have super limited flavors. Tonight, 8 of the machines were offline or empty. They had 3 flavors available. Machines had melted overflow sitting on the grates - gross. The cashiers were rude and unhelpful when I asked about the machines being down. I left without making a purchase.

I’ve always been a fan of Yogurtland, and my favorite flavor is strawberry with cheesecake topping. On June 28, 2025, around 9:00 PM, I was craving Yogurtland and decided to go. I used their app to place an order, and after placing it, I received a call from Yogurtland informing me that they didn’t have my desired flavor. They asked me to choose another option, so I opted for the Rocket Pop. However, it was nothing like iced water with sugar. I was completely unsatisfied with it.
Determined to rectify the situation, I called Yogurtland today to explain my order. Unfortunately, they couldn’t replace it or offer any compensation as a customer. They blamed me for ordering the wrong flavor. To make matters worse, the online menu is never updated.
My advice to anyone craving Yogurtland is to avoid ordering through the app. Instead, walk in and try out the flavors before making a purchase.
I sent an email to the corporate (business owner) and never received a response. This confirms that they don’t care about customer service anyway. I would never go to Yogurtland again.

There are always 3 to 5 yogurt flavors that are empty or frozen solid that don't work. Most times we walk out and drive to the Chino yogurtland which is further from our house.

NO Strawberry Matcha!!!first time ever at a yogurt land and I was very disappointed. I was so excited to try the strawberry matcha that I saw on the poster outside the store. upon, walking in there were no employees in sight, I began to think this was an automated self serving location. I then looked for the strawberry matcha they didn't have it. I see an employee come out to ring up a customer and I asked her about it. she told me that machine with the strawberry matcha doesn't work. then the sign outside should be taken down before more disappointed customers arrive.

Homeless guy walks in while we are sitting down inside, eating, and asks for money. The worker didn't tell him to leave or call cops, like whatever, it's normal. I know its Pomona, but people are paying ALOT of money for a frozen yogurt. At least try to make it a comfortable atmosphere. Take your family to Chino location.

Usually kept clean. Even though this is my local store, I prefer the Chino location as they have a tray with the liquid toppings I like. For example peanut butter is one of my favorites...?

i actually love yogurtland, i’m just upset cause for the days we get a giant spoon yogurlandpomona always gave us two spoons if it was two ppl and $20 cause that’s 2 $10they never told us anything today about it having to be two separate transactions Oct. 7 and decided not to give us another one, despite them never clarifying to us. They should’ve told us prior to us paying
