Homeless guy walks in while we are sitting down inside, eating, and asks for money. The worker didn't tell him to leave or call cops, like whatever, it's normal. I know its Pomona, but people are paying ALOT of money for a frozen yogurt. At least try to make it a comfortable atmosphere. Take your family to Chino location.

Usually kept clean. Even though this is my local store, I prefer the Chino location as they have a tray with the liquid toppings I like. For example peanut butter is one of my favorites...?

i actually love yogurtland, i’m just upset cause for the days we get a giant spoon yogurlandpomona always gave us two spoons if it was two ppl and $20 cause that’s 2 $10they never told us anything today about it having to be two separate transactions Oct. 7 and decided not to give us another one, despite them never clarifying to us. They should’ve told us prior to us paying

I like the yogurt.... But the faces i dont. You walk into yogurtland in good mood because "YAY Yogurt"... than you see the girl with the attitude and even gives your an attitude and it's annoying. Girl on the register was rude. 4/11/23 @ 6:30.. its like girl! WHY YOU MAD?!

Used to love coming to Yogurtland, was my first time back in a long time. Was very disappointed... Fruit toppings were all old.... Not a lot of selection. Yogurt was still good
Very disappointed ☹️ I took my little girls there..they put some fruit and cookies . Thank God I try one f the teddy bear graham because they were rancid. It was so disgusting. It is sad a place that has little kids as clients do not take care of them. They should check the treats they have there .I would definitely not letting mi girls get any treats here!!!

Tan girl with the nose piercings and super long nails was very unwelcoming and seemed to be very annoyed that I walked in. Nobody was in the front to help me and I had to ask for help multiple times for any of the two girls to go to the front.Update: I haven't made a YELP review in months. I did one last night for this location, and this morning I woke up to this note left on another one of my Yelp reviews that I had left on a business not related what so ever to yogurt-land. Hence, I know it's the same girl from yesterday. Management obviously called her out on her unprofessional behavior, and she made a YELP page under a different name. LOL. She said she "guarantees my food has been spit on and tampered with." I'm sure she's talking from experience. Management y'all need to do better with the people y'all hire.

Would give it a zero if I could. Went 40 min before closing and they already had the machines turned off and the employee did not have the audacity to say anything when walked in.
