There are a few foods that I can eat everyday and Yoshinoya is definitely one of them. My favorite is to get the combo with grilled chicken teriyaki and goudon beef with no vegetables.
I can definitely recommend this place to people who are looking for a fast but very delicious meal at any time. There is nothing like eating Yoshinoya for breakfast instead of the usual morning eggs, bacon and sausage.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Yoshinoya location. I used their new AI drive-thru system to place my order, but when I got to the window, the cashier repeated an order that was completely incorrect. I politely let her know, and she said she would check with the cook. She came back and told me the cook (Leslie) refused to remake the food, even though it was the AI that got the order wrong — not me.
I told her I wasn’t going to pay for something I didn’t order. I then parked and went inside to speak with a manager (Annie), but was told the manager was “on break” and refused to come out. To make matters worse, they said they would not take a new order from me at all.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated this way, especially when the mistake wasn’t even on my end. The lack of customer service, accountability, and basic courtesy was disappointing. I hope Yoshinoya addresses this kind of issue seriously — using an AI system shouldn’t mean customers have to accept errors without a solution.
This location is hands down delicious. I’ve been to other locations but only this one cooks the food to perfection. The meat is always perfectly cooked and flavored.

So I can't say I hate this place because I don't.. I actually enjoy it very much. It's delicious. The beef the rice and the chicken . Even sides they offer are delicious.. great cheap prices . But the only problem i had was the cleanliness of there soda machine it was dirty and it had a foul smell coming out from the drain where small nats were flying around the machine.. it was disgusting!! Someone needs to clean out and sanitize.. better yet put some bleach or something down that drain .. to take that foul smell out..if the health department shows up .it's definitely a point .. maybe even keep a sanitizer bucket out ...and constantly wipe it down

I ordered a three pieces of chicken. The chicken was cold and I come yesterday. I come back for to replace my order yesterday because when I get to my job, I find out the chicken with cold and hard. I come back Tuesday and they give me the same chicken Cold and hard and they give me attitude to the guy. Don’t wanna give me a fresh chicken. I never come back again to this place. I’m not recommended. Is the worst Yoshinoya you cancome.
