Hello, I’d give this establishments zero stars if possible. The workers there are amazing and always have an amazing attitude, their boss not so much. Giving him the benefit of the doubt he must be new to this, all I’ve seen and heard is about how poorly he treats his employees and disagrees with those that are correct when he is wrong. A few times I’ve walked in and the tables were covered in crumbs. I would strongly recommend staying away from this establishment, it gives off a symbol of unprofessional behavior and a terrible atmosphere. I hope this place can live up to a better name in the future.

So glad it’s back! Looks like the new owner has made some needed upgrades. But the drinks are just as good as before. And now there are more coffee choices! Donuts are also still delicious. Owner said they are still in their “soft opening” phase, so there may be a few kinks to iron out. But everyone I encountered, including the owner, had smiles on their faces and were doing their best to provide a great customer experience. We are thrilled to have this place in our neighborhood.

Came in to purchase some beverages for our staff earlier this week. We were helped by Savannah, she was incredibly kind, helpful and really brightened our day. We know the shop is under new ownership\\management and is still working out kinks, but with that in mind, we had a great experience and enjoyed our teas and donuts! Keep it up Cloud 9 Team!

Waited almost an hour for 2 teas today. There were only 2 people working with no structure, they would flow between working the register and making drinks, which would just make it take longer to get the next order out. During my time waiting, I only saw 3 orders be completed with almost 45 minutes between two of them. They were out of all but 3 flavors of donuts and out of boba at 3:45pm. It didn’t seem super busy and customers were waiting patiently, so it made the almost hour wait for a $20 2 drink order very frustrating. I will not be returning until they hire more staff and have a better system in place for taking and fulfilling orders.

PSA: Cloud 9 is the new boba business at this location, the old business was called Gobble Up and the two are not associated with each other. Most of the reviews here are for Gobble Up, Cloud 9 is going through a soft opening currently.

For the soft opening I would say my experience was good, but there were some things that could be a little better. the strawberry milk tea tasted a little like soap, and the brown sugar milk tea was mainly milk with very little like soap.but the customer service was great.

they’ve been closed for like two months and whenever I call, they don’t answer

Drove over just to find its doors locked and closed. 4 pm on a Saturday

My spouse and I tried to go here around 8 tonight, their hours said they are open until 8:30. When we arrived we tried to go in and the woman working there yelled at us that they were closed. What’s the point of having set hours if you don’t follow them, not to mention angrily yelling at customers is not acceptable. Just lock the door if you’re closing early. We will never go back.
