Upon ordering the service was absolutely rude.When I git my food it was flat instead of like a steak grilled cheese burrito, the tortilla was heavily burnt and the meat tasted warm as if it had been sitting there for a long time.

I live TB but the service has always been inconsistent. The kiosk let's you customize the order but don't expect it to be what you paid for. The "extra" sour cream, cheese, meat never results in extra anything. It's just a way to raise the price. The food preparation doesn't match the order. Ever.

Order two chicken tacos and some nachos I ate a salad taco and was charged 98 cents more a taco for the "real chicken" got no chicken and all salad. I will never go to the location again. Horrible

Tonight I ordered some nacho fries and found a baby cockroach at the bottom of the fry container. I have felt nauseous for a few hours now and will never eat there again. Horrible experience to say the least. I will be contacting management for a refund on the food I bought.

Probably one of the worst taco bells i have ever went to. Not only did they give me the wrong order, but the crunchy taco they did give me was stale, falling apart, and just awful. the drink, which was surprisingly correct, was just carbonation, no flavor to it. Never coming back to this place ever again.

I went to the drive through on a Tuesday night and it was the freshest the foods ever been and good service. Wasn't like this last time maybe i'll only go every now and again on a late Tuesday night. Hopefully it was still a good choice in the morning
I was surprised how tasty the black bean chalupas were. I like ground beef but recent years stayed away from taco bell because of the ground beef but brought confidence back that if you not a fan of there taco meat try their other offerings. Other than a mix up that got corrected. The food was tasty.

I’m always missing an ingredient or lack of. I come here all the time and the same item is made different every time..Management needs to be watching their employees work. I’ve spent a good amount on subpar food. Not sure why this is happening. There is so few ingredients in each item.
