Was pleasantly surprised on how great this place is. Some reviews on here definitely didn’t give this place justice. Family owned business with super nice staff. You need to try this place out.
Tried it for the first time last week, had the spicy beef noodle soup with knife-cut noodles and the soup dumplings. My friend had the spinach ramen noodles in miso broth. I would say overall the food is pretty good. The spicy beef noodle soup was not very spicy and the noodles seemed a bit dry. But I took home my leftovers, added some red pepper and by that time the noodles had soaked in more of the broth and were plumper and chewier, so it was good.
