The bubble milk tea was also great - not your traditional bubbles but it had a jelly like texture. Restaurant is very clean and service is great. Would highly recommend!“

“I love Egg Foo Young but most places make it too greasy or overcooked but they do it to perfection. Additionally, when I order and tell them I am allergic to mushrooms, they have no problem taking it out of any of the dishes that we order which personally, I find very helpful and lets me know that everything is fresh. But to be honest, how great it taste tells me it's fresh anyways.“

“This is my go to spot for Chinese take out. Their chow mein is probably the best I’ve had here in Oxnard. The noodles are thick, soft and chewy. Their orange chicken is not too sweet, juicy and has a crunch. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some good take “

My favorite is Pad Se Ew and the cream cheese rangoons but the green coconut curry is a close second. I always try to come to support this small business, employees are always very kind as well and they take phone orders. “Stairwell leads to an upstairs loft with plenty of dining space. The food was delicious the wings were nice and crispy the sauce they provided was flavorful I definitely enjoyed that. I had the shrimp and beef chow mein. The dish was good I just would have like to seen larger shrimp versus the small cocktail shrimp that came with it. Overall still a hot quality dish that was made fresh and came out piping hot.“

“I am so glad that my wife and I didn’t order online to pick up. We were so warmly greeted and taken care of by Zamyra, Arely, Judith and Karina. Not only is the food delicious, but the caring culture that you have nurtured with these four people is exemplary! They never stopped working, cleaning, etc.. and all the while attending to everyone that comes. They treated us like family! “I ordered some Panda Express on the app and arrived to eat it in the store. This worked out pretty nice since the food was ready when I arrived and I was able to pick it up and have a seat right away.

I arrived shortly after they opened and the interior was nice and clean, very open and roomy with plenty of seating. The food on the line looked fresh and the area looked clean and kept up. I ordered a bigger plate with Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Steak and Kung Pao Chicken with half rice and half super greens as the starter.

The rice on this visit wasn't as moist or fresh as other times I've had it. It had a very slight crunch to it which tells me it had been made a while ago or just not cooked completely this time. I feel it's the former. Although, there was noticeably more egg in this rice and I was appreciative of that. So much more than usual that I noticed it. The super greens were on point with the broccoli, kale and cabbage. I always feel healthier eating at Panda when get some of these 😁.
The orange chicken is what they're known for and this time was no exception - delicious. The battered chicken nuggets tossed with their orange sauce is really tasty and always does the trick.
The Kung Pao Chicken was tasty as well.. I always end up eating one of the red chilies before I pull the rest out. They are spicy!
The black pepper steak was pretty much what you'd expect. Beef chunks in a black pepper sauce with veggies. I liked this one, even though the black pepper itself wasn't as noticeable.
Overall, friendly staff all whom appear to be working hard prepping, cleaning and taking orders keeping the place clean and the customers happy.“
