Excellent service when we dine in and i have never had an inaccurate order yet when we do place a to go order after many years of patronage. Portions are excellent. Some of our favorites are lemon chicken, crispy pan fried noodles, walnut shrimp, egg flower soup, duck, sweet and sour and chinese broccoli.... i havent tried anything that i didnt like yet....our friends even drive from fillmore, santa barbara, santa clarita etc. Similar to chesters in Camarillo.“

“This isn’t a sit-down food place from what I can tell. However, the food is SO DELICIOUS, they have my favorite glass noodles, teriyaki chicken, BBQ chicken, crab Rangoon, egg rolls… everything I’ve tried has been really good. They even have horchata that is really good too - and I normally don’t like that drink but it’s pretty awesome from here.

The food is always hot and fresh, is worth any wait time, and usually served with a smile and many thanks. Finally we decided to come by the store on a spontaneous roadtrip to Ventura. Ventured into store location on Victoria Blvd at approximately 9:30PM and while many items were nearly finished in the hot case, the woman manager was awesome. Totally top notch service and team efforts. While still open for 30 minutes, manager made sure we got our large orange chicken, large order of crab ragoon, a large rice and large noodles. “Stairwell leads to an upstairs loft with plenty of dining space. The food was delicious the wings were nice and crispy the sauce they provided was flavorful I definitely enjoyed that. I had the shrimp and beef chow mein. The dish was good I just would have like to seen larger shrimp versus the small cocktail shrimp that came with it. Overall still a hot quality dish that was made fresh and came out piping hot.“

During a recent visit, the individual associated with the silver PT Cruiser or Chevy vehicle displayed a negative demeanor upon my arrival at the kitchen entrance. Considering my lack of prior interaction, I assumed this person was responsible for preparing my order. Upon consumption, the food presented an unusual taste, a recurring issue, although the cook's identity was previously unknown. It is recommended to monitor food preparation personnel and request to speak with the chef, sous chef, or relevant kitchen staff. Furthermore, assessing the cleanliness of the floors and restrooms can provide insights into the overall standards of the establishment, as well as body language.“

I gave it a 4 because sometimes the traffic in this location can get bad and although food’s great it’s not on the 5 star level yet! 😬 Definitely try the Buldak chicken before it’s gone, it’s a little sweet and has the perfect amount of spice! I am greeted with a smile once I step in and have small talk with the team. The manager LETTY is out of this world. She has a great attitude, positive, and upbeat. I dine in and i notice a team member checking up on guest and going above and beyond by offering more condiments, samples, and fortune cookies in which I’ve been to several locations and I was highly impressed by this.
