“Love this restaurant. I am so sad their sister restaurant in Newbury Park closed. But, I was thrilled to find them here in Camarillo. The food is always fresh and hot, even when delivered. The flavors are always on point, and never too salty. I highly recommend the Kung Pao Shrimp and Mongolian Beef. The atmosphere is pleasant and the restaurant is always clean. The Spicy Crispy Chicken is my favorite dish, and one of my favorite dishes at any quick service Chinese restaurant ever. It's got a light, beautiful crunchy coating, it's perfectly seasoned with chili and Sichuan peppercorn, and stir fried with fresh green chilies. I like to pair it, a bit unusual I admit, with the fish and black bean sauce, which is an incredibly rich umami bomb of a dish to offset the bright and spicy chicken. Wow, it's such a good bite it makes me hungry just thinking about it.

The location is nothing to write home about, it's a little spot, clean enough, small soda fountain, minimal seating, all-business service. The portions are generous and the prices are fair.

The Stone Pot Beef, pork buns, and grilled dumplings were our top three dishes, but honestly, everything we tried was delicious—including the beef rolls, wontons in chili sauce, and fried rice. The woman server gives low portions, hardly worth stopping by when the woman is there. It's like she doesn't want to sell the food.

The man server gives excellent portions. I've learned to wait until the man is serving.“

“One of my favorite spots! I always come here and my whole family loves it, always extremely flavorful and hearty dishes. My favorite is Pad Se Ew and the cream cheese rangoons but the green coconut curry is a close second. I always try to come to support this small business, employees are always very kind as well and they take phone orders. “Stairwell leads to an upstairs loft with plenty of dining space. The food was delicious the wings were nice and crispy the sauce they provided was flavorful I definitely enjoyed that. I had the shrimp and beef chow mein. The dish was good I just would have like to seen larger shrimp versus the small cocktail shrimp that came with it. Overall still a hot quality dish that was made fresh and came out piping hot.“

This is also a 1-star review for Matthew, who appeared to be managing the line at the time I bought lunch today. Matthew, you will learn with time that managing requires leadership, and while you were trying to get things done and I saw that, you were also pretty rude and pushy with Shirly. Please consider that new employees might need support and encouragement rather than belittling. It looks like you might be good at being a manager some day, but remember, treating people well matters, as does productivity and efficiency. Overall, this location is very efficient and the staff are usually pretty nice and friendly.“

I gave it a 4 because sometimes the traffic in this location can get bad and although food’s great it’s not on the 5 star level yet! 😬 Definitely try the Buldak chicken before it’s gone, it’s a little sweet and has the perfect amount of spice! If you want the beta go-to plate for any lunch break get chow mein, teriyaki chicken, and the buldak chicken! 🍗 Perfect meal for lunch or dinner!“

“I was missing a bowl to my order and I called to have the issue resolved and the manager was the sweetest person on the phone. Not only did she give me the missing bowl but a plate to make up for the inconvenience. I wish i got her name she was the best!“

“I ordered some Panda Express on the app and arrived to eat it in the store. This worked out pretty nice since the food was ready when I arrived and I was able to pick it up and have a seat right away.

I arrived shortly after they opened and the interior was nice and clean, very open and roomy with plenty of seating. The food on the line looked fresh and the area looked clean and kept up. I ordered a bigger plate with Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Steak and Kung Pao Chicken with half rice and half super greens as the starter.

The rice on this visit wasn't as moist or fresh as other times I've had it. It had a very slight crunch to it which tells me it had been made a while ago or just not cooked completely this time. I feel it's the former. Although, there was noticeably more egg in this rice and I was appreciative of that. So much more than usual that I noticed it. The super greens were on point with the broccoli, kale and cabbage. I always feel healthier eating at Panda when get some of these 😁.
The orange chicken is what they're known for and this time was no exception - delicious. The battered chicken nuggets tossed with their orange sauce is really tasty and always does the trick.
The Kung Pao Chicken was tasty as well.. I always end up eating one of the red chilies before I pull the rest out. They are spicy!
The black pepper steak was pretty much what you'd expect. Beef chunks in a black pepper sauce with veggies. I liked this one, even though the black pepper itself wasn't as noticeable.
Overall, friendly staff all whom appear to be working hard prepping, cleaning and taking orders keeping the place clean and the customers happy.“
