I placed an order for pickup and when I went to pick it up the girls at the counter were very rude. She even grabbed a drink out my hand very forcefully. Those girls should be ashamed and fired. Worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. Also the food was not good at all, inedible.

I when to the store today for my lunch and when I got back to the office they only gave me 2 fries. This always happens here if it there at the store or take out they can’t seem to get it right. The food is great however after many years of going habit I have to give this a low rating. 90% of the time I do an online order, and even when I order in person, they mess up my order. I always order a charburger with no cheese, no onions and no pickles, they always add at least one of these ingredients or all of them.
