Ordered a deep dish pizza for pickup, specified 8:45. At 8:29 I get a text that my pizza is ready for pickup. Meaning it will be sitting in their warming oven for 18 minutes before I get it, as I arrived at 8:47. When we get it out of the box at home we discover a pizza, a cardboard circle, and below that, cooking parchment paper.
