I finally tried Silverlake Ramen at the Porter Ranch Vineyards, and I enjoyed every moment of it. I’ve heard about Silverlake Ramen for years, so I was excited when they opened one so close to my house. An amazing dining at Silverlake Ramen! Every dish was packed with flavor, and the overall vibe was fantastic. I still got to try their whole menu, but here's my first picks for chicken lovers:
Edamame – Fresh, lightly salted, and a decent starter.
Crispy Chicken Karaage – Super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside—an absolute must-try!
Spicy Chicken Bun – Perfectly soft bun with a great balance of heat and crispy tendered chicken.
