About KFC

KFC is a popular restaurant known for its delicious chicken and competitive pricing. Customers praise the quality of the food, particularly the new wraps, and the efficient mobile pick-up service. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the handling of food during drive-thru orders. Recently, some reviews mentioned that the fried chicken can be hit or miss, with some days not as great, depending on the cook. The slaw and biscuits are consistently good and highly recommended. Unfortunately, some items like the potato poppers and fries have received negative feedback for being flavorless, overly salty, or hard, with one customer even experiencing food poisoning. The fried chicken has been described as disappointing, missing the special herbs and spices, and sometimes not cooked to the crispy standard. The biscuits are considered too salty and not enjoyable. Despite these issues, some customers are still interested in trying other items like tenders. Overall, KFC provides a satisfying dining experience for both adults and children, but quality can vary.
