Palace | Kitchen & Craft Bar in Porterville offers good food, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. The filet was fantastic, with homemade pasta noodles and Brussels Sprouts that were fire. The pasta is made in house and the quality is top-notch. The wedge salad and chicken walnut apple salad were some of the best, and steak bites were great. The New York 12 oz steak with mashed potatoes and white country gravy was absolutely delicious. The Flatliners Martini and the Brown Sugar Old Fashioned Bourbon Cocktail are must-tries. The bartender knows his stuff about fine Bourbon and is a fine Bourbon expert. The tangerine drop drink and tangerine chicken salad were both AMAZING. Everything was perfect, with great service and the owner checks on tables. The vibe and ambience are nice. Service can be slow at times, but the food and drinks are served quick and delicious. Great people and great food make this restaurant a place to come again.
