“I’m very pleased with the customer service I received today. I received my sandwich missing avocado, I drove back and they corrected the issue, no hesitation. The manager and the female employee helping me were extremely nice. The female employee even greeted me with a smile. I wish I would have asked for their names. Overall I had a great experience. “Always busy, but like a well oiled machine. I went through 5 different people to build my sandwich, each had it down to an art. Not all Subways are worthy of 5 stars, but this place is my go to lunch spot in Porterville. In and out, no messing around and great sandwiches.“

“It was a last minute drive-by, I needed food immediately for about 20 individuals! My stress level was high… lol! ? but when I walked into port of subs, and I spoke with Roz & Britt Britt these gals were amazing!! They were very kind, helpful, and dove right in to help me tackle my problem of feeding hungry people!This EXPERIENCE that these gals gave me was nothing but PHENOMENAL!!! Thank you ladies once more!
